Good pizza, but terrible experience.About a month ago I tried ordering delivery on their app, but it wasn't functioning properly on my phone, so I tried the website. On the website, it auto-adjusted my postal code to a wrong one and said it didn't match my address everytime I tried.Finally I call in to order. I state that I'll be paying debit on the phone, but when the pizza guy gets here it won't accept my card. He asks if it's a debit, and when I say it is, he tells me the machine doesn't accept debit and asks how will we get your money?". I tell him I don't know because I specifically told them I'd be paying debit. He then says he'll go back and call again. They get me to READ MY CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE

First time trying Pizza Nova and the pizza is very good. I ordered the veggie pizza with thin crust and it tasted almost exactly like pizza I had in Napoli. Great first experience.

On Tuesday July 5th, 2020, at approximately 1915hrs, I ordered a half and half Pizza. Pizza was prepared on time. Pizza was made according to order.Pizza was great.The cook's honesty compelled me to write about it. No further information available.

Placed an order online this evening, when I received the email confirmation it was wrong. There is no way to contact the store directly so I need to call customer service, it took 25 minutes for someone to answer and I'm told at that point the pizza had already been made.. so now they have to remake it. Awesome! In addition I asked that the driver call on arrival as I have a sleeping baby and not to knock on the door (was even printed on the reciept.) The driver arrives and bangs on the door till I can run to answer.. wakes up my baby and now I'm really upset. Terrible experienceUpdate: I was offered a complementary pizza for my troubles so recently I placed an order for pick up. When I arrived I was yelled at by the gentlemen behind the counter and told that I had to pay for the pizza and they refused to follow through on the offer. I explained to him the situation and he told me to call customer service and refused to help, I walked out and that's the last time for me... The pizza is terrible anyway!

Warning, if you order dairy free pizza they will automatically give you gluten free crust without asking :( It looked and tasted like cardboard. The customer service to fix the error was even more terrible. Even after sending a photo, still wasn’t corrected. We’re still hungry…save the trouble, eat elsewhere!

I was craving pizza all day and finally ordered this evening. Ordered online, super easy with lots of plant-based options. Arrived quick and hot. Absolutely hit the spot tonight. They do a great gluten-free crust too that my family has previously ordered. Will order again.
