Special Event Rentals - Calgary

Rented seating, dinnerware, and a large grill for our mostly-DIY wedding. Reps were easy to work with when we needed to make a few changes, delivery was on time and delivery staff was helpful and friendly with a few questions about what other items were in stock at the warehouse if we needed them. No issues with pick-up on the return date. Would definitely use again!

Rented a few tablecloths from here for our small wedding reception last weekend on the 3rd. The initial part of their services were fine but this last week was a bit of a nightmare. I tried to return our items on Sunday and there was no one at the shipping dock, even though I was told there would be staff there. Waited a half hour, finally got a hold of someone through their emergency line to find out my advisor/representative booked my returns for when they're closed. I was able to drop off my items in a trailer with a padlock.I got a call back on Wednesday to be asked when are you planning on returning your items?" And told them what I said above. This morning I got an email from the general manager

I Rent lots of stuff here for my events. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Be prepared to pick up your stuff or good delivery service is available at a high cost.

Excellent service. Prompt reply and easy to deal with given the short notice for my event. I was able to get everything on time and the quality of service is very professional. I will definitely contact them again for my future events and rentals.

Our company used Special Event Rentals for some table & chair dressing, decorations and an outdoor heater. The ordering process was simple, the pick up was seamless and the return process as well. Highly recommend for all your rental needs.

Have worked with Special Events for almost 10 years , when we need things we don’t have or clients need extra things they are always there to accommodate . Their front of house staff and warehouse staff are amazing . I would not use anyone else

We had our wedding and reception last month, and we rented a bunch of stuff from Special Event Rentals for the reception. Tiffany had helped us out, and she was fantastic. She helped us pick out seat covers, table runners, back drop, and all the equipment needed for the back drop. We decided to set up the back drop ourselves, and was a huge help in assisting us on that end. The rentals were a lot cheaper than we expected, and the pick up and drop off for the rentals are extremely seamless. We were happy with everything, the entire set up turned out phenomenal. Tiffany was a huge help, and provided awesome service. Thanks for making our reception memorable!!
