5 Points Dental Office

Staff very friendly and kind here, answered all questions I had about my procedure and aftercare, took the time to make sure I was properly numbed and didn't feel a thing. very compassionate highly recommend this practice.UPDATE: One week after my wisdom tooth removal I still had pain, so I called the office 5 minutes after opening and they told me to come right in. 10 minutes later I was in the chair. They took x-rays, packed my socket with a dressing, ensured that the pain medication I had was adequate and issued a refill, as well as antibiotics and medicated mouthwash- the whole shebang.Staff was very pleasant and made sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommend this place.

Dr.Hui is a very compassionate, caring,and awesome dentist. I've been his patient since around the year 2000.A month ago , I tripped and damaged my front teeth. I was sure they would have to be extracted,but with his expertise he was able to save them all.I am so thankful and happy to have such a great dentist. Thank you!

Normally I don’t write reviews but todays visit was very disappointing and unprofessional. I was told my appointment was 3:30pm and was not brought in until 4:10. Then I refused to have a full head X-ray cause it uses too much of my insurance and after another assistant tries to just tell me we are doing one and I refused again. Then when finally sitting in the dentist chair ( in pain) the doctor wanted to show me X-rays that were taken few years ago because I told him another dentist said I was having pain because the root was still in there. The dentist was obviously mad about this and kept going on and on about it asks me if I want to take the tooth that’s hurting me out but proceeds to walk to reception to write me a prescription instead to take for 7 days.Meanwhile staff is acting like they didn’t just witness the unprofessionalism. As a blk woman these types of things scare me in healthcare system because you can’t voice a complaint or you get treated this way. I paid for my X-rays and left with my prescription and drove straight to another dentist and had the tooth removed same day. Let’s do better when it comes onto being more compassionate towards patients and not thinking just about yourselves and reputation and call it out when wrong is wrong.Very disappointed with thw service today the wait time was personal and it obvious after what I experienced today.I will end by saying I wish 5 Points all the best going forward and I will never go back there for anything.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very nice and informative.The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions.I had to do Regular dental check, cleaning and Donna did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me.Donna explained very well what was going on.I felt Donna, The best hygienist I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at 5points dental, the experience was great to my surprise, i have a fear of the dentist and had to get quite a bit of work done, with such anxiety about the dentist dr raymon hui was amazing and i no longer have the fear, he was very gentle and comforting. great overall experience and i am going to continue coming here for all my dental needs. ! thanks again

I have been a patient of Dr. Hui for many years and I’ve always enjoyed his service. I had bad experiences with dentists before but I’ve overcome it after being his patient, he always addresses the problem clearly and the process is very fast and professional every time. The environment is also extremely comfortable and clean which makes me feel very safe every appointment, would definitely recommend this dental office to everyone :)

5 points dental is GREAT. They have always treated me with respect and all the staff are really nice. Dr. Hui is fantastic, I have severe anxiety when it comes to anything dentist related, but he has always made me feel very comfortable and always asks how I am doing during any procedures.

Very professional and comforting staff, incredibly quick and painless experience. Will definitely be coming back for any future dental concerns I may have.

Genuinely the BEST dental experience I've ever had. Broke a tooth clear in half and was certain I was going to need an extraction. They were able to save the tooth and I didn't feel a thing during the process! SOOOO happy!
