Peak Physical Therapy
I went to see Jessi about pelvic floor issues, and four visits later, problem essentially gone. Not only did she listen to my concerns, she had an excellent understanding of my situation, and she was able to clearly explain it to me, through the use of models and diagrams.To my delight, after following her exercise recommendations, I was able to achieve the goals we developed together. All I wanted was someone to listen to me, explain what was happening, provide a solution and fix it as soon as possible. Jessi checked every box.Hats off to the wonderful front desk staff, as well!

Peak Physical Therapy
I received physiotherapy at Peak after spraining my ankle while figure skating. I saw Jessi for my injury and she was fantastic! She provided manual therapy and kinesio taping which really help me get back on the ice and out of pain. Jessi provided exercises and education that has allowed me to achieve better ankle stability and strength than I had preinjury!

Had the pleasure to work with Ben & Michelle at PEAK physiotherapy, the day to day positive attitudes as well as attention to my injuries made my Physio and recovery process with Peak a really great experience & would recommend the staff/facility there to anyone looking to rehab a work or sport related injury.

I’ve been working on my physio with Michelle for about eight months now and I really enjoy seeing her. She’s very friendly and relatable. She is very knowledgeable and has worked hard to help me progress from multiple injuries. She’s also very caring and has always talked to me about how I’m feeling and how I feel about my treatments. She’s gone above and beyond her duties in my eyes. I feel very lucky to have her as my exercise therapist.

Peak Physical Therapy
My experience was OK....overall involved manual massage and ultrasound therapy. My insurance normally would cover a percentage and I paid the rest in cash at the office. What surprised me was a bill that came over three months after my last appointment asking for an outstanding balance. Be prepared that you may be surprised with new bills for months following treatment. Overall, not my favourite physio experience.

Peak Physical Therapy
I have been going to Peak Physiotherapy for 8 months now, and I am very impressed with the level of care they provide. From the physiotherapist to the kinesiologist, to the massage therapist, the team is focused on getting you back to pre injury levels. They take the time to explain their plan for you, and the function of all the different exercises involved. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any physiotherapy needs.

Peak Physical Therapy is a wonderful business with friendly staff. Stacey is an amazing massage therapist. She is personable & professional. I won't see anyone else :)
