I had an issue with unknown pests in my home and used Google search to call several pest extermination companies. Nadia in their office was so friendly and sympathetic and helped me run through what the issue could be. Their rates were also affordable compared to most. After many phone calls to Nadia with many questions, I booked a pest inspection. The inspector, Javaid was very thorough. He went above and beyond. He was equally dedicated when it came to treatment. You could tell that he had compassion. I am grateful to the Pestend team.

We used Pestend a number of years ago and they did a quick, complete and thorough job then, so we knew who to contact this time. We're still waiting for the results, since we just had the treatment (for ants), but I know we're fine because of the 6-month warranty and staff who are always available to take calls and questions. Our technician Fazal was wonderful. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. He examined our house with us and explained the process to us, as well as answering all our questions. The company staff, including Tooba get back to you quickly and are very flexible with scheduling. The rates are reasonable and the results are great. Living in an old house in Toronto has its trials but this company does an exceptional job of taking care of this aspect of city life. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service for removal of our carpenter ant problem. Our tech Javaid did a walk through with us and was very thorough. Treatment was fully explained and completed within an hour. Treatment inside and outside. He also went above and beyond and pointed out some areas outside to be sealed which was appreciated. Great payment could be completed on site with tech. He also followed up 2 weeks after treatment to see status of ants. Week 1 lots of dead and still some live. Week 2 mostly dead ones found. No more by end of week 3. Very happy with outcome. Javaid is an expert and exceptional professional with high skills in administering the right amount of pest control.He treatment my apartment once and cleared all the bed bugs. Javeed came out and did an amazing job. He was pleasant and informative. He also followed up twice to make sure we were happy with the work completed. He also took pictures so that we could see and fix our issues. We did have some ants come back but this company honoured their guarantee - no questions asked and came back very quickly to respray. Called Pestend after a smaller pest control service wasn't able to get rid of the mice in my home and they did a great job. Javaid was very professional and handled the job with much care and knew exactly where in the house to best set up the treatment for the mice and it's worked incredibly well. If I have any other issues in the future I will definitely call Pestend.
