Northwestern Veterinary Hospital

Emergency visit for my ailing 19 yr old cat on a Sunday evening . The Dr. and staff were excellent and compassionate people. Are lovely below has now passed on, but this facility did everything they could to help her. I highly recommend this place.

recently put our cat down, only allowed 2 in the room out of 3 of us, so that sucked but understandable with small room and covid things but still, the other staff was very friendly and acting like everything was just another day, i realize that for them it was, but having a bit of understanding and maybe a calmer demeaner while we were going through this horrible thing would have been really nice, the vet who did the deed was great, but everyone else seemed like they didnt care at all about our pain, again i know its a regular occurrence for them, but for us it was a big horrible deal and just some case sensitive interactions would have been nice, even the person that took the cat away was way too enthusiastic... just... i wouldnt want to bring my pet back for this again if there were any other options

They are always busy but provide e, cellent care and if you don't need something they don't push it on you the staff of very polite helpful and respectful to everyone.

I can't say enough about how the staff and vets look after my 2 Bernese Mountain dog s they are so caring its just awsome.

This clinic regularly goes above and beyond to help their patients. They deliver incredible service to our community in the face of a national vet shortage!

This was my vet office for 10years. I don’t know who runs it now, but awful. Secretaries are ignorant, they rarely answer phones, extremely rude if they made a mistake. They will throw YOU under the bus to protect themselves. WATCH OUT. Vets respond to secretaries vents and base your treatment off of their opinion. First time I had an issue with any pet in 10+ years and they treated me like a villain….for gingivitis. I’ve never felt so awful by a service I paid for. At $3500 might I add. AVOID this place at all costs.

We had to make the heart breaking decision to put our dog to rest. The staff and technicians, from the first call to the last goodbye, were amazing. They made the process easier and accommodated our needs, allowing us to be with our pooch during his final moments. You can really tell that they care about what they do.

Had to put a family dog down they were super compassionate and gave us everything we could of possibly needed.

There simple the best, always your best friend first. They have saved more then one of my pet's over the yrs. Even a staff that simple just sits and watches your pet to provide them with company. Is so very greatfull and thanks for being all yous can be. Love from our family to yours. Sincerely A,Cory
