Steff is a hyper talented business owner! Not only are her human design readings some of the best I have ever had but they are super informative and she gives information that you can apply to your day to day life. Also her workout classes are top notch, I subscribe to her on-demand service and I will not go to another class in person as long as Steff is teaching barre virtually. Steff has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to present information in an easy to understand way, all while making you think.Her level 3 reading for business was extremely insightful for a established entrepreneur that needs more direction while living within their design but would also be AMAZING for a newer entrepreneur in the building phase of their business, to help them uncover the messaging behind their brand.Alas, Steff is amazing and I keep coming back to her for my readings because I always have AH-HA moments, and she's truly an amazing individual as well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Keeping motivated to exercise during COVID was extremely difficult for me. I found Steff's online classes to be a perfect mix of strength training, cardio and her play list is fantastic! Most important to me was that she constantly checked in with me to ensure I was doing everything correctly to avoid injury or strain and lots of options for alternatives. I love that I can use her pre recorded classes too. Her passion for fitness shines through with every class she teaches.

Steff is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and I found her reading really helpful and resonating. The post reading resources she emailed afterwards was SO in depth and the self care section was a beautiful added touch.
