Having got really good advice from these nice folks, when I was getting a chainsaw. I returned today to have a look at getting a weed whacker! Sebastian looked after me, explained my options and what to expect. Decided on the modular model, with a blade and grass cutting option. everything was demonstrated and I felt good about my purchase. Sebastian mentioned that getting the most powerful gas motor I would have the option of using that power if needed. It was great advice and within an hour of purchasing my new toy, I have already finished what I set out to do, which normally took me all morning! My purchase was just over $900 and I feel as if it's already paying for itself with the ease and speed of completing the job. It's soooo nice to finally have the right tool...... Thanks Tri-City power.

I took my old chainsaw in today in hopes that the staff at Tri-city may have been able to get it to start. I had a blister on my hand from the day before trying to start the machine for hours. I gave the saw to the employee at the counter, not only did he have it running in minutes but he also gave me some great advise for future operation of the saw.I would highly recommend this company.

Good place to get Honda power equipment. They have given good advice when the older lawn mower would not start and even offered to pick it up. Highly recommended! They also carry Stihl

Great and knowledgeable sales staff. No pressure. Came in for a new chainsaw today. Their stock, like other stores, wasn't plentiful. But the actually talked me out of buying the wrong saw for what I was doing, even though I was gonna drop the money with them. They even offered to send me to another place if they couldn't get me what I needed. In the end I spent my money with Tri-City and I'm very happy with the experience. They truly want the customer to get the right tool for the job, and aren't just looking to make a sale.

I’ve been dealing with Tri-city Power Equipment for 3 years now. I purchase and service all my tools and equipment there. I have great things to say about Gary and his team. From their honesty, quality, Knowledge and loyalty, TriCity is hands down the best equipment shop out there. Top Notch!

Unbelievable service! Went in hoping to get my lawnmower serviced but was told the turn-around time was 4-6 weeks (not surprised due to the quality of service). The friendly front desk representative told me how to service the my mower and what I would need and start with and if I get him the serial number he would be able to get me parts, if I needed them. When I told him it was outside he offered to come out and grab the numbers, helped unload the mower for him to get access and loaded it back up. Sold me what I needed and nothing more. Would recommend to anyone who needs their Honda mower serviced or looking to buy a new one (get it now, last year that Honda is making them).

I can not express how satisfied I am with this store. Best products and the service was even better. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who is there to help. I wish I could give it 10 stars.
