Courtney Beck is an absolutely phenomenal massage therapist! Both my husband and I have been going to Courtney for 4 years now! Courtney is great for a maintenance massage to keep your body in good shape but where she really stands out is with her knowledge and skill at treating an injury! When my husband tore his quad muscle courtney worked with him through that and provided phenomenal treatments and stretches that helped him heal and strengthen the muscle. She also hands down got me through my pregnancy, worked with me to get me in weekly (or twice a week) at the end of my pregnancy, and was able to work through all the new aches pains and right muscles that came with carrying a baby! I 100% recommend this clinic and massage therapists!

Sara is an amazing massage therapist! I could not recommend her enough. Aside from her amazing massage skills, she has a cheerful disposition that brightens anyone's day and provides helpful insights or stretches to help best recover from sore and overworked muscles.A great place to go for massage, or any other services they offer.

I am very happy with the massages I’ve received from Tali and Courtney both. Very friendly, knowledgeable and extra helpful with at home stretches and suggested exercises for strengthening afterwards. Injuries are not fun! Well vitality makes it easier to get back to the outdoor activities I love!

This is hands down the best place to get a massage. Courtney has hands of an angel and is so knowledgeable and just the kindest human alive. I recommend her to EVERYONE. I have also had a few massages from tali, and I have never been disappointed. I would feel confident and comfortable going to any of the massage therapists here!

I get massages from Candace and see Serena for acupuncture. They’re both amazing, lovely ladies who make you feel comfortable and 1000% better after. I mainly go to them for my back pains but they listen to my needs every appointment and are flexible with treatments!

My Husband and I go to Well Vitality for massages. All the staff are always friendly and on time. The receptionist is very welcoming. I see Tali for my massage and she is amazing! The environment is calm, relaxing and very clean. Highly recommend!!

I love this place for a massage. Both Talia and Courtney are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable. My son was a bit nervous to get his first massage , and by the end was so relaxed we had to wake him up. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve gone to tali and Liv and they are both amazing at giving massages. I also know Courtney personally. The girls here are amazing at what they do and very knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend and will return! :)

I just had my first experience here today and it was lovely! i will be back again soon for Naturopathic Doctor and I will definitely be coming back for more acupuncture! I've heard amazing things about a few of the massage therapists (Courtney Beck specifically) as well. the clinic itself is nice bright and centrally located spot. I like being able to book online too. 10/10

Olivia is the best. I followed her to Well Vitality from Lethbridge Fitness Club because she is truly amazing at what she does. I felt she was the only one who listened to my issues and focused on relieving pain from those areas of my body, she does deep tissue massages to help loosen trigger points and also educated me on how I can do it at home to help manage the pain. Very relaxing environment and I cannot wait to come back!
