Love their cute decor and kids items. Its a bit pricey though. Like having the post office in the back of the store, and a pharmacy as well.

This is the dirtiest shoppers I've ever been in, the floors do not look like the are cleaned or swept. My first experience the pharmacist was rude, my perscription wasn't ready at the time they said it would be and I came to pick it up and hour after I was told it would be ready. The second time the person who helped me at the pharmacy was very nice but my perscription wasn't ready again, the day after I was originally to pick it up and was told they don't know when it will be ready due to weather issues. Would have been nice to know before I made the trip out there.

Incredibly bad service when trying to fill a Vaccine prescription. Initially called in for a time and arrived in the window. Was told they were too busy when I arrived and that I should come back at a different time. I asked to make an appointment so that the same thing would happen again. Had to prompt the person to actually take my name and info for it... When I arrived the next time I was again told to come back at a different time. On both occasions I watched the person I talked to go to the pharmacist who said that they didn't feel like doing it right then. Just completely unprofessional and lazy.

I had a root canal, went the pick up the prescription 8 hours after it was sent and they 'couldn't find it'. They sent me on my way without antibiotics and pain meds and didn't seem to care. I got the confirmation from the dentist that it was 100% sent and rec'd. VERY unorganized and very disappointed.

One star only because of some of the employees. The pharmacy is brutally slow especially if the senior pharmacists are there. They never awnser the phone and they will even ignore you in person and avoid eye contact. The younger pharmacists are good. Clean store and bright has decent sales. Pharmacy needs some work.

Had a Covid booster. I called and they said come on in. Other places I called told me I had to book the shot on a website. Very accommodating. I wanted to get a booster before we leave on vacation. They also booked my wife for a shot.

The worst shoppers ever. They lost my prescription, it’s nearly impossible to get them on the phone. Multiple times I have waited days for prescriptions, just to speak to them and have them say “oh yes it’s in the fax machine”. So nobody checked the fax machine for days???? This has happened 3 times!!! It has gotten to a point that I actually call them just to remind them to check the fax machine for my prescription, otherwise I have literally no idea when they would find it…. Then it takes days more for the prescription to be ready, and they have never once called/ texted to tell me when my prescription is ready, I have to call them and ask once it’s been a few days. When you go in person they barely speak to you and leave you sitting there for 20 minutes while they gather a prescription that is supposedly ready. Last time, I was told my prescription was ready, but when I went in I had to sit for 45 mins bcuz they “couldn’t find” the prescription?!? Insane how bad the service is at this particular pharmacy. I will be switching to a different one.

If I could give this store no stars I would. Never encountered such a poorly managed pharmacy. My wife had trouble here during her battle with cancer. I totally see why. I should have learned from her misery. If you are in pain or have trouble standing for hours go somewhere else. They are understaffed and those who are supposed to be working are moving in slow motion. The whole store is a joke. You’d think they all just ate big turkey dinners. Im not exaggerating. Pathetic.

DO NOT assume you will get proper Post Office services at this Shoppers Drug Mart.I would always purchase extras while I use Shoppers Drug Mart locations Pharmacy or Post office- but I would NOT recommend this location after yesterday’s experience.Absolutely a WASTE and disrespect of my time!I went to forward my recently deceased mothers mail.From a B.C residential address to another local BC residential address. I had all paperwork already filled out so it should have been a simple transaction especially since I was served by the manager Sylvie. Thinking the Post Location Manager would know how to do the job.She however charged me $228. 00 +tax for a service that should have been $92.50+ taxWe questioned her as it did not match what online Canada Post had said.She gave a non existent BS answer- her lame excuse “it costs different for deceased mail forwarding” …. instead of checking her work - or verifying she had made an error and was wrong. She instead showed a lack of care to even double check.This was the last thing I wanted to be doing… but put my trust into her that she would take care of our important task.Her attention to detail for the ask was completely lacking.She showed complete disregard for my time and what waste of gas to return to get it refunded.I would DEFINITELY not use this outlet in future! No genuine care to provide a service, and no genuine apology for her lack of care.

One of the pharmacy staff went above and beyond. Very helpful. However, a lot of frustration trying to contact by phone and lost paperwork (later found)
