We have tried this location 3 times. The first time they had no functional payment option, the second time our order was missing 2 items and this most recent time my burger was undercooked. We will not be returning.

The Wendys on lundys lane was disgusting ! Very dirty rude employees the men bathroom was completely trashed !! I have a video of the bathroom. Will never be returning to this specific restraunt!

I will never come back to wendys in Port Colburn OntWhy ,when I got my order I told the guy at the window because I order everything up sized or I even said extra large,didn't happen.2 lemonade, so warm I almost spit it out#2 combo no onions and no pickles and guess whatFries were cold and so much salt. Anyways enough complaining, oh my frosty was more of a chocolate shake

Ordered 4 large strawberry frosties for the family, they tried to give me chocolate. Then the girl came to the window not to apologize, but to tell me that's what i ordered and began an argument. The other employees were obviously embarrassed. Never been treated like that at a drive thru before. The customers ahead of me clearly had issues too. Won't be back to this location.

UPDATE: This Wendy's location continues to be the least consistent place in Port. I'm basically ordering here now to laugh at what they're handing customers.Pictures included of my 2 JBCs. (Junior Bacon Cheeseburger) Bacon is literally ONE OF THE 2 INGREDIENTS YOU LIST IN THE ACRONYM.I get this isn't a Michelin Star restaurant and Wendy's isn't exactly paying the staff the big money.But for real? I've had bigger pieces of bacon stuck in my moustache and not noticed.For the third straight take out order they forgot my large fries.At just shy of 5 bucks a pop, that's 15 bucks.Like once? Mistakes happen. But 3 times in 3 visits?I shouldn't have to check my bag before I leave. You literally pay someone to verify orders at the deskStaff can't get in restaurant orders right because they're more worried about skip/door dash orders.

Honestly their food is good and the only reason as to why I’m giving two stars. The service of today needs to get better. I usually walk right in and order but lately, the service needs to get better from being in person to online. I ordered from DoorDash the second time at Wendy’s, first time was good but for today, I literally ordered not long ago and I had a question for them and I understand rush time during lunch time but honestly I called 7 times just now to have them answer a question and they never picked up the phone.They didn’t even pick up and asked if I could be on hold to see what I wanted either. This honestly is ridiculous. The customer service man, honestly please fix it, there are other reviews that aren’t good either.
