Toronto Wedding Photographer | Focus Photography

We used Focus Photography for our early November wedding. From the start, they were very responsive, helpful, organized, and accommodating. We went with their promotional package ($5000 for photography and videography, plus an engagement shoot). At first, we thought this deal was too good to be true, but were proven wrong at our engagement session a year before our wedding. We got to know our photographer (Rocco) and absolutely loved how our engagement pictures turned out - so we had no worries about the wedding. Focus allows you to do your own thing in front of the cameras when you are feeling comfortable, but will help direct you if you’re feeling lost. They have a very detailed online package that you can edit up to 48 hours prior to the event to ensure they have all relevant information (from locations, to visions, special moments worth extra attention, special songs, or any specific requests). A few months before the wedding, we decided to add an additional photographer since we had a larger wedding, and Focus had no problem adding this to our contract. We received some sneak peek wedding photos less than two weeks after the wedding, and can’t wait see the rest soon! Thank you Focus Photography for capturing our favourite day.

Focus photography had some amazing pictures and videos. Their pricing (promotion) was fantastic. We got tons of different options and we were extremely happy. We were a little unhappy with the professionalism displayed by the photographer at the wedding (constantly on his phone and had to keep calling out to him for pictures), but we were happy with the finished product. It came as promised - a full video, tons of photographs, a small movie too! They sat on calls with us prior to the wedding and understood what we needed. Apart from the photographer on his phone at multiple points of the wedding, everything else was fantastic and I would still recommend them for other weddings, simply because they have the best price point and services. Special shout out to Lee who is always on top of things.

My experience with focus photography and videography team for our engagement photos and our wedding on September 23, 2022 was amazing. They are so involved in the process, I love that they have a whole website that you can lay out all of your ideas and details for your special day. They also are so great helping you take great photos, suggestions for poses, suggestions for locations etc. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. Even on the day of the wedding I have a team, especially Allan was able to capture everything we wanted. We didn’t need to get him any direction, every time we looked up they were right there. They are always on time and very timely with capturing what we need so that way we don’t waste the day. Their prices are also amazing! Book them ASAP!

Focus, and specifically our photographer Lee, were absolutely wonderful. The positive attitude and calming presence from Lee is contagious and will help your day go smoothly. Able to change plans on a whim, nothing went according to our timeline (due to weather and traffic) yet Lee was able to be flexible and get everything we set out to get. He's great at telling you how to pose if you're nervous that you don't know how! So excited to see the pictures but I have no doubt I'll love them!

Beyond happy with the focus photography team! They arrived on time and were super hardworking to get the best shots! Despite the fact that it rained at our wedding, they did all they could do to meet all of my photo/video requirements! Lee was also fantastic to work with in ironing out the details prior to the wedding day. Their photo quality is absolutely beautiful as well! Would highly highly recommend!

Rocko captured beautiful moments throughout our special day and both of them were an absolute joy to work with.They understood our vision and style, resulting in stunning photos that perfectly reflected our love story. Rocko's relaxed and friendly approach put us at ease during the photo sessions, creating a comfortable atmosphere that led to stunning natural and candid shots! Lee (the coordinator) has been responsive, organized, and accommodating throughout the entire process.Both of them listened to our requests and offered creative suggestions that took our photos to the next level :D

We had Focus photography do our engagement pictures and our wedding pictures and we couldnt be happier!Alan was a pleasure to work with, he did a wonderful job of directing us and ensuring that the pictures turned out so beautifully! They were able to turn around all our wedding pictures and videos within one month! we were definitely not expecting such a quick turnaround time and especially given the quality were very impressed.Both the photographer and videographer stayed with us the whole day from getting ready to the end of the reception. They were on time to every location and were able to get great candids of our entire family. They were super communicative and made my day stress free. They took the time to meet with us before the wedding to understand our style and what photos were a must for us and did such a great job in capturing everything!All our family members cant stop talking about how great they were as well! Lee and his team of photographers/ videographers were professional throughout the wedding process. Our photographer created great shots for the engagement shoot and was always helpful and enthusiastic to capture the moment. We are awaiting the final product from the wedding but can say the photographer and videographer were hardworking and on their toes all evening. We can't for the final photos and footage!

What can I say and where do I begin... I cannot put into words how incredible this team is and how professional, understanding, and accommodating they are, and they are just lovely to be around.EXTREMELY responsive from the moment we reached out to book a consultation with them, as well as throughout the entire wedding prep phase, till the very last minute, even after sending us everything.Ask, and they will deliver.The photos and video were amazing, way better than what we had envisioned. They truly are extremely talented and very open to suggestions, always. I don't know what more you can wish for when it comes to your wedding photography!And above all, they are honest. If there's a service that you don't need, they'll tell you you won't need it, and they won't try to upsell you. You truly get what you paid for with the service and delivery of photography and videography from Focus. We hired their team to capture our wedding day after meeting them and seeing the photos they took for our friends wedding. The package we selected included a complimentary 3 hour engagement photoshoot, wedding day photography, highlight video and documentary video.We began our process with Lee for a consultation and he was our main point of contact throughout. Our photographer was Allen and I can't remember our videographer or photobooth operator's name.We first met Allen for our engagement shoot. He made us feel really comfortable and captured really stunning pictures of us but also fun candids that we can look back and laugh on. We met the rest of the team on our wedding day itself. Everyone was really professional and efficient.The one word of advice I would give, is to trust in this team because they know what they are doing! There may be times when you think that they aren't doing what you wanted and maybe there are some posed shots you wanted and missed. But the essence of your day and the photos and videos delivered will make up for it all. They truly captured our dream day and we are really happy we chose them as our vendor for such an important day.I would recommend them to others for their wedding photography and videography.
