Babaton

I'd just experienced horrible customer service at a few different stores before walking into Babaton. I told them what I was after, they were thoughtful and gave me great advice and helped me find something for my interview that I love and will wear again. Cherry on top: at checkout I was told I was part of a secret sale and got 20% off!

Went in tonight to buy a dress at 9:25PM. The cashier was incredibly rude and inappropriate. She basically implied I couldn't buy the dress because she had already closed her cash register. I wasn't asking for much: simply buying a product from a store whose existence is selling goods. Had to beg her to let me buy the freaking dress. Absolutely horrible customer service and very bad for business. I would urge management to take some measure. I will not be going back to this store.

not sure how to explain how horrible their customer service was. I purchased an item 2 weeks ago that I originally exchanged for the colour and they were hesitate to take the item back- even though I asked for a store credit just to buy something else that day. An associate asked the manager if I could get the store credit and she shook her head saying no. (The item I was retuning is still in season and on the shelves- how logical is that).I have had pretty great experiences at aritzia with their customer service but this store has absolutely shocked me. I ended up taking my stuff to aritzia and had no issues getting other items and the staff was much more willing to help. Management definitely needs to be reconsidered here, has potential to ruin reputation of the brand.

I have placed huuuuge orders at this store and the staff were always very friendly. The manager (I forgot her name, it was an Asian girl) has been really kind with her service whenever I went in. I ordered things when I was out of country and they held on to the items for me for a month until I returned :)

I was shopping here this past Saturday and had the pleasure of meeting Gabby and Yazmeen. Not only were these two ladies very helpful, they were genuine and very pleasant to interact with.Sales representatives make the world of a difference when you're shopping and can be the deciding factor when making a purchase, these two ladies we're the perfect example of what to do" and made me want to purchase more then what I already had.This will definitely be my first stop when I got to the mall moving forward!"

They always have beautiful clothes. I also found the staff at this location to be much better than at the Aritzia stores. I went in and ordered a dress that sold out online and they were kind enough to ship it all the way from Quebec and give me the sale price for it! I also find that they are very attentive.

you guys should learn from the girls at Wilfred at eatons, you guys are a couple steps apart yet the difference in quality of service is drastic. you girls need to learn how to respect customers, simple greetings are basics with the price point of your merchandise. manager, please do your job and train your associates properly because they don't know the basic human respect let alone working in a customer service role. it's clear they're only there for the discount, which really they don't deserve if they're representing the company in such a sour manner.

Had a wonderful experience. My first time ever being in the store since I am from Winnipeg MB and we unfortunately do not have one in my city. Serena the sales associate helped me out immensely . I purchased clothing from the store because of the exceptioal customer service I received and obviously how lovely the clothing is. Highly recommended and will return when back in TO.

I received amazing service at this store. Plus, the clothes are so great and the prices are so reasonable for the quality.

The ladies who helped me this morning were beyond helpful, friendly and honestly, great at suggesting things I would like. It's so hard to find good customer service these days and that is why I usually just shop online. The clothes are very unique yet classic, sexy but elegant, pricey but worth it! I love Babaton!
