Great selection. I have totally enjoyed their desserts and take out particularly. When I'm going on day trips I do my precooked meal shopping here. One of the best grocery store experiences and excellent customer service! @arz if you would like me to do some food photography for you and / or more food reviews, it would be a delight.

Excellent selection of Halal foodstuff you won’t find elsewhere in Toronto. Great service by staff (make sure you get their attention, although there was only a small wait sometimes) at the sweets counter, prepared dishes counter, nuts counter, restaurant counter and cashier (yup we went around!). Good crowd control at entrance and fair amount of space to safely social distance and it was pretty busy too at the time. I’m so happy to have discovered this gem in the city and will keep returning. Thank you to the amazing staff!

Very expensive especially the bakery section. The lady at bakery was very rude and did not paid attention to customers. Administration should take action.

Best place for Middle Eastern delicacies, groceries and food items. Lot of varieties of baklava available here. We got mixed baklava box. Prices too are reasonable. But only one thing is staff were not attentive. We stood at the baklava counter for a long time but no one showed up to take order.

I purchased 3 weeks ago 2 packs of Turkish Labne see picture below and was on sale 2 for 7 dollars that I usually buy it from different stores for 7 dollars each and is tasty but unfortunately when I opened them to use I noticed they were damaged it looks that they kept the product out of the fridge for a while and tried to get rid of them by selling below the regular price I was really disappointed and frustrated, I would never trust on them anymore

Last week I had a catering order and the lady that took my order was the store manager shiva, she charge me over the phone one price and once I came to the store it was more then original price that she charged me. I asked the cashiers to page her for me and I waited almost half an hour and when she came she was on her phone and didnt even look at my face and with very rude attitude she said why u guys keep paging me, I looked at her and said you took my order and you charge me more, why? she was like no you made a mistake, I said why did you say one price on phone and add more at the cash, you should be clear on the phone if you gonna be charging like this. It's not fair, my request to the owner is please bring someone professional. this store manager sees us like a dollar sign and not as people. I love the owner and the staff are so nice to me specially the bakery staff is so sweet and friendly but I had the worse experience from shiva. I will never come back and order food from your store.

Bought this 3 days (Friday June 30th) before best before day which was on July 3rd. On the second day of buying it Saturday July 1st, it started to rot away. See pictures. I threw them out. Be careful what you buy from them. Not the 1st time this has happened.Update: I wish it was worth my time to go back just to voice this concern. Something else is going on here which I'm sure manager is aware of.

Awful customer experience with the customer service today. Today came in to return something because as it started to grow mold as it was part of the prepared salad bar. It was the shanagelish and never has it gone bad like this before. I spent $23 on it and only eaten one and they didn’t want to return it. Not only did it not taste the way it usually does but it molded so fast. And it doesn’t have a expiry date that says when to eat it by. Customer service was extremely rude and wasn’t trying to refund or exchange the product. Awful experience at the store today would never come back for the shangelish. Stay away from the salad bar.
