Town Mechanical

I called Town Mechanical last week with a plumbing emergency. I was headed out of town early the next morning and was hoping someone could come that day. They had Matt there in 15 minutes!! Matt did a great job fixing the problem. Matt was patient in answering all of my questions. I was able to leave town confident that everything was fixed. Highly recommend!

Our son had used Town Mechanical a few months ago and highly recommended them. He was right. When I called on the 29th of December with my backed up pipe and dishwasher that wouldn't drain, except back into the kitchen sink, we were treated promptly and professionally by Matt. He is a highly likeable young man who called 20 minutes before arrival, arrived on time and got straight to work. He figured out exactly where to tackle the problem, went about his work, tested the results and billed very fairly. I would not hesitate to recommend Town Mechanical to anyone requiring their services.

Very impressed with quick response to my phone call. Matt arrived on time, and very efficiently fixed the clogged drain problem. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. I've already recommended Town Mechanical to several people.

Called this morning to explain our problem. Brent said he would have someone here by 9:30. Was running a bit late & called us to let us know. Received a call from Matt (Hastie) that he would be here in 20 minutes. He arrived on time & assessed the problem right away. Ended up a replacement pump was needed-he had with him & within about an hour & a bit, we had running water & no leakage. He did an awesome job. He kept us informed of each step, what was needed & the cost.Matt is such a friendly man.(& local with many generations of plumbers) Very professional.I would recommend Town Mechanical for any of your plumbing/heating etc needs. Our well pump died leaving us with no water. Matt was quick to respond and showed up the next day with a new pump and pressure tank and we had water within a couple of hours. If you are looking for great service with friendly, knowledgeable people, you can not go wrong with this Company.Scott

I had a blockage in my drain that required the expertise of a plumber. Town Mechanical sent one of their best, who was prompt and professional. He was also straightforward about pricing, and worked quickly and efficiently. I also greatly appreciated that he showed up in a mask! Highly recommend!

Although we had called a few plumbing companies Town Mechanical was the first to get back to us in a matter of hours. Brent was very professional and courteous as we explained our 30 year old hot water tank although not leaking was in need of replacement. Our hot water did have a brownish colour to it. We wanted to be proactive/preemptive. At the same time a pressure switch for our well pump had a very slow leak. We asked Brent a costing of a new hot water tank as well as the pressure switch replacement. Brent got back to us the same day with what we believe to be a very reasonable price. We exchanged a few emails and a time was set for a few days later.Received a call from Matt prior to the arranged time to let us know he was just leaving the shop and would be at our home at the arranged time. Matt was a very professional and politeindividual. In discussions we learned he was a fourth generation plumber. He took the time to explain what he was doing and we appreciated that. The final bill was exactly as Brent had quoted us. We are very pleased with the work that was done including the cleanliness afterwards. Can't say enough positive things about Town Mechanical or Brent and Matt. Unquestionably we will contact them for any and all future plumbing needs.

Brent and Matt from Town Mechanical were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Matt installed our air conditioner and a month later the air conditioner had a complete malfunction which was no fault to Matt. Brent and Matt called the air conditioning company and replaced the entire unit the next day at obviously no extra charge. When I texted Brent the video of the AC making noise and stalling, he immediately called Matt to attend the house to try to fix the problem. Matt stayed late into the evening troubleshooting the AC, calling other experts in the field to make sure he didn’t miss a thing. It was then confirmed the AC was a faulty unit. Brent and Matt ensured it was rectified immediately the next morning. Their professionalism and quality of service is something that you can not find anymore. After the new AC was installed, Brent followed up the next day to make sure there was no other issues. I later found out that Brent was on vacation while he was dealing with this AC replacement. Great service. I highly recommend Town Mechanical.

We had an urgent backflow issue and Matt was sent to our rescue! He was awesome - super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He investigated, was able to diagnose and resolve the problem, and took the time afterwards to make sure that everything was working properly. We were really happy with the service that we received and would highly recommend Town Mechanical!

We recently had Town Mechanical hookup a toilet, bathroom vanity sink and kitchen sink in a newly built home. Brent was great to deal with and Matt did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They were able to arrive on short notice and the price was very competitive.
