Nice, polite and caring staff.Food and service as expected.Relatively clean.There are some couches with torn seat which was not pleasant.Everything else was pretty good and on McDonalds standard.It is advertised as 24.7They have drive through and dine service.

The place itself was well kept and we went at a not busy time. I waited ten minutes after ordering at a kiosk, watching as several orders at the inside window left before mine which was a small order. Drive thru wasn't busy when I got there and it did become busy but it shouldn't have taken long for two blended drinks, a mcdouble and two cookies.

I went in this evening on my way home to pick-up some food, and was met with terrible service & bad food. The ladies at the second window (all three of them) spoke amongst each other when one of them muttered to me to go park in spot 2. There was a long line behind me, I had already waited a long time, and someone else waiting for food at the third window ahead of me. Not to mention, I had another experience at this location where they asked me to pull forward and they FORGOT about me, so I ended up going in and they quickly made my food admitting they had messed it up. Anyway, because of this past experience, I asked how long it would be… they looked at eachother and then told me to go to spot 2. I asked again, approx how long… and they again spoke amongst eachother and shrugged at me and said it’ll be a bit go to spot 2. Then, I just asked for a refund, and one of them got their manager to come and tell me that they’re just waiting on a fresh egg and it’s coming right now and that I’m “allowed to stay at the window”… so weird. Not my question.Finally got my food and drove away. Just got home and the sausage egg McMuffin I ordered (that allegedly caused this confusion - but on their menu as 24/7 breakfast) had NO cheese. Fine. I bit into it and the egg was FULL of shells. I’m not talking about one piece of shell - I mean it was full. Completely inedible.Guys, do better. This was a terrible experience, and there was no excuse for it. Communication was poor, and so was execution.

The morning shift here slays. I stop in every couple days and the guy in the drive thru is a champ. Foods always pretty fresh. Wish I was rich, I'd give you all 20$

Had to repeat order more than once in drive thru as attendant was preoccupied. Food was curtly shoved through the window and they still got the order wrong in the end. It was busy but lunch at McDonalds generally is. I used to expect hit or miss with cheap food but it's not that cheap anymore either. Better quality food and service elsewhere.

Food quality is good, typical of any McDonald’s. Service is a little slow due to the volume of customers going through the store. Atmosphere is good, chairs could be a little bit more comfortable.

This places closes their lobby if they’re short staffed. Granted that makes sense. However, they didn’t post a sign up. Leaving customers wondering and waiting outside. I made eye contact with a staff member who walked away. I had to call to confirm. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient.

They had a hard time getting my order correct in drive through. Finally when I'm ready to eat my grilled chicken it wasn't assembled with chicken on top.

Newer location, but going down too fast. The drive-thru still moving normal. Step inside and the experience changes way too fast. Very slow service with long waiting times. You see the personnel moving, but the food itself somehow.....very slow. Last time we went there it was literally a mess everywhere. Very dissatisfied and disappointed too. Garbage was all over as food under the tables. The floor was up there too. What's happening to this location?
