We went to St. Louis Milani hwy27 location last night to celebrate our anniversary. We literally did not enjoy at all, apart from the server, everything just sucked.The food was stale and had zero efforts in their presentation.We ordered mozzarella sticks and this is how it came..it was stale and chewy as if they just took some old old frozen sticks and heat it up. It was burnt as well. I could’ve done better job of reheating frozen sticks in my air fryer at home. Just threw on some lettuce from a bag and put the burnt sticks on it. See picture.The nachos we ordered was also burnt and it was so soggy, again zero efforts in plating or proper food plating. There were lumps of salsa on the nachos which made it sour and so soggy we couldn’t even eat it.Then the impossible burger we ordered, it’s patty was also burnt and so very dry to eat. It was such a half done job like the chefs hardly cared for their customers.Now the drink, we ordered the Tiki and Mule, we asked for less ice, server said the alcohol amount will be same to which we told her that it’s fine we just want less ice. Our drinks came filled with ice and the Tiki I ordered tasted like a sherbet, literally had no taste of alcohol at all. We had to order a beer so we could have some enjoyment of having a date night.The only thing we enjoyed were the golden fries that came with the burger. They were good to pair up with Cajun seasoning.I would never go back here again and would not recommend taking your other half here to have any sort of celebrations.

Thought I would try this place out. Not very busy when I arrived and was seated right away. The service from then on was not that great. Server and bartender seemed more interested in hanging out behind the bar chatting. Food was actually pretty good however I was scared before I received it because the staff ordered pizza. I'm sure they had to eat but not a great look that they weren't eating from their own workplace.

Service : 5/5 Fast & FriendlyAtmoshere: Clean/ welcoming/ surprisingly not busy for Friday eveFood: Wings- Great Flavors/ Desserts were a disappointment. 2 cms of brownie piece on scoop of ice cream. Wish they could offer same wing sauces on cauliflower as well.Overall 4/5. 1 star taken away because of desserts

PLEASE clean/wipe down your menus.The food is good, but you really need to step up your cleaning practices. The menus are stickier than the floor in a nightclub. I made mention of this to one of the managers as my hand got stuck to the menu when ordering...yet when I came in the next week it was still the same. You don't deserve the 1 star review but I don't know how else to get you to realize you need to step up the cleaning practices there.

Service was great and the server was very polite and professional, however the chicken wings was the issue. The chicken wings where simply not fresh and tasted as they might of been frozen for some time or left out longer then needed prior to being cooked. It just tasted off. If your looking for a St Loius worth going to try the one near Highway 7 and 400 on Edgley Blvd.To the Owner:I don't need your generic response I just hope you make changes or an improvement. I did pay for a dinner that was well not worth it!

Last time I ordered mozzarella sticks here, they ran out. No biggie.This time when I ordered them, the cheese ran out...maybe into the fryer...lol.See photo. My mozzarella sticks were way overcooked, way too crunchy and hollow...nary a cheese stick stick to be found.

St Louise provided a disappointing dining experience. They failed to take our order initially, and we had to call them ourselves. After a 45-minute wait, our drinks were served, followed by another hour for our food. When we expressed our concerns to the manager, they were disrespectful and dismissive. Overall, the lack of promptness and disrespectful attitude left a negative impression. Improvement is needed to ensure a better dining experience.St Louise provided a disappointing dining experience. One of the better St Louis locations. The interior is modern, new and vibrant. The floors are not sticky like other St Louis locations. The staff was great, food was out within minutes. The vegetarian wings were done well, the chicken wings were warm and sauced perfectly. Overall a good night here.

Came here for the wings and let me tell you when I have never had more disgusting wings in my entire life. They come out dry and burnt as if they have been fried multiple times. I can tell because the bones are black, when you cook fresh wings the bones do not turn black unless you have fried them more than once.For. $23.99 you might as well go to All Stars wings or Memphis bbq.Beer was flat, only good thing was the quality of the TV they had.
