This store has good selection but sadly the employee sold me a toy that he guaranteed my dog would not be able to bite through. it took my dog 5 minutes before it was ripped apart. When I went back to ask for a credit or refund, to the same employee, he refused and said he was sorry but he could not do anything.There are so many great pet stores in Montreal, where they will stand by their products... I will no longer frequent this particular store.

Lovely staff and service. I asked for advice on a particular situation (fostering an overweight cat) and the salesperson provided detailed advice, and even did research while I continued browsing to provide more information. Great experience. Thank you!

This is a really good store, the have good selection for every pet, also good prices for the products. I thought it would be smaller, also the staff were nice with us! :)
