When the best is needed.... Over 50 years of experience. Friendly staff, communication is always with a smile and sense of humor. The view outside from the waiting room is awful. The apparence of the waiting room, exam rooms, and equipment appears out of date. The results are visibly outstanding.

Dr. Flanders has changed my life!I used to have superior oblique palsy. It is been 2 months now since my surgery and i can easily say that, i started enjoying my life!!!My eye used to make me constant headache and stress me a lot. I used to struggle to see, hear, focus and relax. All of this has vanished now. I am no longer tilting my head, my posture looks great now, even the way i walk has changed.I owe you doctor Flanders - God bless you.

Dr. Flanders surgically corrected my right eye. Lost vision in this eye when I was very young. The eye had strayed completely to the right side. The surgery was done using local freezing. Dr. Flanders spoke to me during the whole process. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. My eye is now back in the middle of the socket and there is no way of knowing there is anything wrong with that eye.I highly recommend Dr. Flanders .

Dr. Flanders is a fantastic doctor which is superseded only by the person he truly is. I was hesitant to have this procedure although he made my feel comfortable from the onset which continued till after all was completed.A big thank you to him and the pre and post op staff at Montreal General Hospital !

Am very angry with Dr, Flanders, he was supposed to give a referral to a new ophthalmologist before he retired. Well that did not work and now I don't have anyone. I have graves and my vision is getting worse each day. Now to try a new doctor with you having all my files, who knows the next time I will get my eyes examined.. Oh and his secretary for all the many years I went was the sweetest woman
