Beautiful area with increased accessibility for all. Great views and seating options. Security is present on site in order to protect visitors from approaching dangerous areas. Don't get too close to the black rocks!

Platform offers a very good accessible options for many tourist to see the lighthouse area. Washrooms are nice and many chairs available for sitting.

Yup, Peggy's Cove is definitely a tourist trap, but unlike other tourist traps in this part of the province [cough cough—LUNENBERG—cough] this one's worth a visit. The viewing platform is a welcome addition. Now, they just have to fix the parking...

The platform is an addition since my last visit. Very well done with easy access and of course beautiful views. It's fairly large to accommodate a good amount of people. I love the Adirondack chairs for folks to sit and enjoy the view.They also installed concreate walking paths to help folks traverse over the rocks to the light house and such. I do miss their not having the old English style phone booth that use to be near the main building years ago. But I guess its a trade off with the times.All in all a great place. Take the time to visit. You will not regret it.

New feature to the area, and wooden boardwalk and platform built to get a better view of the surrounding area. The platform doesn't go to the lighthouse, but it's not too far off; you can get there by walking on the rocks.

Due to the warnings of our guide, we viewed the light house from the viewing platform. While we were there the local fire department was there, with a rescue boat. Be careful out there!

Да прекрасное место для прогулок, отличные места для фото ,где открываются красивые виды на океан,есть несколько закусочных с несколько завышенными ценами есть,два варианта парковки, бесплатная и платная, однако я считаю это место более разрекламированным,чем оно есть на самом деле,есть более интересные места в округе с более красивыми видами.

This is a great addition to Peggy's Cove as it makes the site so much more accessible for those who can't climb the rocky terrain. And the design is so well done in how it's unobtrusive and doesn't diminish from the beauty of the site.And you get such a fantastic view from the platform. A great addition to make Peggy's Cove a site to visit for everyone.
