By doing this she can pin point the cause of pain and tightness. After only one visit I have had significant relief. I follow her recommendations for stretching at home which also helps between visits. Her prices are excellent and she always going above and beyond my expectations.

Typically, when you go to a health and wellness to have a therapy session, you expect the clinician will just start the treatment after the patience express where they want to work on. NOOO, not Yvonne. She patiently assess everything and go through her checklist and methodically watches your body movement. She will then point out what else you might need to work on, how to do stretches. Carefully explain how you should do the stretch and address any questions that you may have. I can't express how thankful that my friend referred her service to me. I have never had a clinician cares that much about her work. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Just book it :) don't bother looking elsewhere.

I booked a session with Yvonne because I was experiencing tightness in my neck and shoulders. I had a good experience here. Yvonne seemed very knowledgeable about the different muscles and how the body systems all worked together. This was my first visit, and she took extra time to get to know what I wanted and needed. As I was very new to massages, I was a bit nervous. She was good at talking me through everything and asking me if I was still doing ok at various points. The room was comfortably warm and had a nice ambiance. My neck and shoulders definitely felt less tight when she was finished. Very happy with her work!I am planning to go back.
