Beware of the balcony seats! Absolutely no leg room... I went a few days ago and sat in the second row of the balcony. First I tried sitting with my legs to the side, but that soon became painful since I had to twist my body to see properly. Then I sat with my knees spread apart. I could only do that because there was no one on either side of me. The downside is that it only worked when the people in front of me sat still. If they twisted or turned, then the seat in front came banging onto my knees. The ground floor seats are fine, as is the first row of the balcony. I don't know what really tall people do. I'm about 5'9 and it was too narrow for me. Never again."

What a great venue for a concert! I was there last night to hear Justin Hayward, and what a delightful experience. The theatre is the perfect size. It is intimate and with great acoustics. Easy access and convenient parking. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. An excellent evening.

What a great venue! Not a bad seat in the house and the acoustics were spot on! Easy parking, friendly staff and lots of restaurants nearby. Thanks for a Grand night!

Acoustics are fantastic, Have seen many shows here. Not a fan of the balcony but the floor seats are perfect! Staff are friendly, volunteers are awesome and are willing to help.Only complaint-either more bars or go back to basic drinks, the fancy ones take too long to make.

The ushers and staff made this experience so stress-free for me and it was my first show in over 12 years. Being on ODSP limits my financial abilities to be able to support or experience the arts so I jumped on an offer of Nathaniel Dett's Harriet Tubman Opera. Luck blessed me.I was by myself and have severe PTSD and CPTSD. To say they alleviated my symptoms while there is an understatement. I smiled ear to ear for the rest of the night. The theatre is lucky but YGK is luckier to be greeted with such vibrancy.Thank you, Kingston Grand. An experience I will never forget.I wish I could do it again to even just take in the architecture of the structure. It was an embodiment for me, embracing all the spirits who worked and built that space over the years of its reign. I am still in awe.Mad Love ❤️

Great venue! Small and accessible, doesn’t seem like there’s a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are excellent

Nice intimate venue (box seats are not fixed in place, and provided good movement for those with knee issues), close to restaurants and parking. Saw Glass Tiger who but on a good performance and made the experience interactive.

Nice theatre with good acoustics. Interesting older construction looking up above. Insufficient leg room between rows, cramped and uncomfortable seating in the balcony, not at all great for the taller folks.

I was here for my nieces dance recital. Parking is a nightmare! Especially if you’re not a local (I am not). DEFINITELY research parking options before going.
