Dr Dionne & his team at Tower Endodontics are fantastic!The friendly lady at the reception is very welcoming . This is especially nice when you're nervous about visiting the dentist.Dr Dionne's assistants are also very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They listen to you and explain the tests and imaging they are doing, they really make you feel comfortable.And Dr Dionne himself is wonderful! He is so kind and genuine, attributes that make a fantastic dentist. He even throws in some humor to make you laugh :)You can tell Dr Dionne truly cares about his patients, and it really shows through how wonderfully his clinic is ran. He is the best Endodontist in Edmonton.Thank you so much Tower Endodontics!

My 13-year-old daughter had a serious infection in the root and surrounding area of her molar. Dr Dionne and his staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and were very detailed and thoughtful in their explanation of the procedure/options for her surgery. She was basically pain free within 12 hours of her procedure. If you are in need of a root canal, I would highly recommend Tower Endodontics.

I can honestly say the staff here made my root canal experience as good as it possibly could have been. I absolutely hate getting dental work but the entire staff made me feel welcome and went above an beyond any way they could to make me feel comfortable during this process. I hope I’m never back here but if I do need dental work again this will be the first place I go. Thanks guys!

Over the last year, I have had to utilize the services of Tower Endodontics on several occasions. Dr. Dionne and his team are fabulous to work with and I consider myself to be blessed to be a client of theirs. Always punctual, always explain in detail what they are going to be doing and why. Dr. Dionne and his. team are superb! The kindness and friendliness starts as soon as you walk in the door. I love how everyone thoroughly explains the process from billing and all through each stage of treatment. The clarity eased my fears and nerves. I had no pain from either the freezing (needles) or drilling during the root canal. Thankyou!

I was super nervous to find out I needed a root canal. My case was more complex, so I was referred to Dr. Dionne.He understood how nervous I was and offered oral sedation. His freezing technique was excellent and virtually painless, as was the root canal!His assistants and reception staff were amazing too.If you find yourself in need of a root canal, I can't recommend Dr. Dionne enough!

Highly recommend! Staff and Dr. Dionne are veryinformative and attentive prior to and during procedure. Although longer, it felt like getting a filling and I never had any pain Dr. Dionne is also on call if you have any questions. He even returned my text with a call to discuss crown types and their pros and cons. I feel so much better now, wish I had it done earlier.

Easily the best dental experience of my life! Great staff and Dr. Dionne is very charming and funny. He and his staff explain everything and make sure you are comfortable about the procedure (root canal). Great staff, great dentist and a great experience! What more could you ask for?

I can't believe the reviews when I had the worst experience at this clinic because I believe that with the unprofessional behavior, I received from Dr. Dionne and his team, he doesn't even deserve a star.I made an appointment for my husband who had a bad toothache and he canceled his day appointments when he went there, they said you have no appointment and you have no file while he was referred by another clinic and they had all the documents and I had confirmed his appointment. Unfortunately, when he spoke to Dr. Dionne about this, he did not examine my husband while he was in severe pain for several weeks. I called the clinic and they confirmed his appointment but told my husband that he was not booked and when I called again they hung up. This was our worst experience....

Dr. Dionne and all the personnel at Tower Endodontics made my root canal appointments stress free. They are highly skilled, as well as kind and very thorough with their explanations of procedures and follow up care. I received phone calls to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Dionne and Tower Endodontics.
