Always very affordable and honest work with quick turn arounds. Very frequent and comprehensive communication and great attention to detail on every vehicle, new or old. The inspection report you get every time they have your car in, is a big plus; super helpful to plan ahead for maintenance and bigger repairs. 10/10 would recommend, have been bringing both our cars to them for a few years.

Steve, Sandra and Fred are top notch! Even though my truck has been a bit of a lemon, they have done right by me. They’re loaner cars have been a lifesaver. Also have helped with my 3rd party extended warranty to get my claims. Thank you all!

Steve and his team have saved me thousands of $$ compared to Mercedes dealership! They actually found the root problem, repaired it and did a complete inspection of my ML350 SUV while it was in for these repairs! SWC is the real deal here in Burlington, friendly service, pricing that is truly FAIR" and warranty on both Parts & Labour (who does that these days!!!) I live in Burlington and I try my best to spend my Service dollars to all Retailers in our fair city

SWC is the place you want to take your car, for all of its service needs. I have used them a few times now and always had a great experience! The staff are really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Also, after your vehicle has been inspected/worked on, you are provided a detailed report; of the work done on your vehicle.

This is an honest place to get your car fixed as they send you a detailed description of what is wrong with your car with photos. Also if they can repair a part they will do it unlike other places who will just charge you for a whole new part. AND this is the kicker I hate dropping off my car as my life stops I can’t take the kids anywhere and do groceries but they have a loaner car you can use while yours is being serviced at no charge. What? That’s right no charge! Give these guys a shot as they are doing car repairs and customer service right! This place is changing the game!

SWC Automotive was amazing to work with. It was my first time bringing my car into their shop and it couldn’t have gone better. They took my car and gave me a loaner car to use for the day, which is so important for me. They were very quick getting back to me with the issue they found, they sent me a full report with photos of my car (what a wonderful touch), and they told me what needed fixing and what I might be able to hold off on for now, I loved the service, loved the staff, the pricing and efficiency, I am a life long customer now.

This was my third time using SWC. I will use them again. They were friendly, reasonable and completed the service and repairs when promised. Pictures of anything recommended for service were provided by email. Cost was fair and as quoted. Car is working well. Being located in my neighbourhood is a bonus.
