They lost the warranty sticker for our Commercial hot water heater. Been over a month now. The technician named Mark wont even pick up calls or respond to texts. Totally unprofessional and unreliable company.

Really disrespectfulComes in public buildings with no mask on and when politely asked to put one on he started yelling at me saying he was just here to replace a pump, unfortunately I had to implement the restrictions and asked him again. He then just left saying he was going to charge us for not letting him in (we know how he makes his money). Would definitely not recommend, there is different ways of handling a situation but to be disrespectful directly to the client is definitely not the way. Did not even tried to communicate with us at all.

Holidays pool came to assist me with an ongoing emergency for a plumbing issue. They were on time, and efficiently troubleshoot the issues with total knowledge , professionalism, and quality workmanship. I am very impressed with the plumbing service and professionalism of Holiday Pools. I had a major plumbing issue and they were quick to come when I called and provided fast, efficient and quality work. I would defiantly call them again for any plumbing issues I have. I have used Holiday Pools for a pool on a home I recently purchased. They were very helpful and diligent in repairing and servicing the pool. They are reliable, do good work and their prices are fair. I would have no hesitation on recommending them to anyone who has pool needs.

Tim has helped me on a couple instances with my heating and plumbing. Both times he was helpful, prompt and quickly got the work done. He left the work area very clean and took all disposal items with him.The cost for the time spent and parts was extremely reasonable. I will use them again.
