Pretty worse UI design and UX is pretty out of date, when you take your DL shooting, it let you hold your iphone like keeping steady otherwise it will fail to upload and need to retake the photo time and time again, worse ever and they don’t redesign their application UI for years while as the 3rd party driver background check company with Uber, they are really bad choice, its already ChatGPT era, their old system still need take about 3-5 weekdays to go through the background check process, if failed for submit, it will need another 3 days to sent driver a new link for conduct online bg check, OMG, can you believe it will take 3days to provide driver a link, which make every driver lose money, and jobs and change to Doordash for a least 5-7 or even longer days, it just cause by a simple background check process, so idiot.

I’ve worked for Uber with this same account for three years, I made around 2300 trips until 24th of last June, suddenly uber stopped my account due to background check, i went to the courthouse and they confirmed that i have no criminal record or anything issue that can prevent me from work, so i called and took in-person appointment with uber office in Montreal. I visited the office and the support representative said that my security background check has successfully passed and i do not have anything thats stops me from going online/activated and its my right is to go online, and within 5 minutes i was avble to go online. Now after 3 days again i’ve been stopped again with the same reason , back ti square one the canadian government is saying that i don not have any problem and uber is insisting that i have an issue with my background check. I called my lawyer who also said that that there’s no problem on my end, therefore i need your uber kind support and assistance. Thank you for your understanding

too many requirements but i didn’t found out i was missing 1 until i have to get back to another online customer service to check on it, that was the only time i was advised i was missing the character check . . .

The requests are not time or date stamped. It makes it difficult to keep track of what step was done or not. Otherwise overall easy to navigate and use

Some links do not show if you are done or not. You don’t receive a validation or the screen does not redirect to another final one. Modest developers. Need enhancement.

Quite a decent process, not sure that having back and front pictures makes a difference in all honesty, but overall, quite a straight forward process.

Is easy the process but we cannot get the results. I’m trying to have without success for 3 times

Site is clunky and doesn't prompt through the steps properly. I had to go back and then forward to get past a couple of pages. Frustrating experience.

This process is long and tiredness. I had to take so many pictures of documents and myself, and get always rejected for no reasons. This algorithm you use to check info is not efficient..better have this process done manually!

In the screen shot I attach below. If you read it, it saying upload 1 photo ID. Below it saying 2 photo ID. And when I try to do 1 or 2, non is working
