Company cold calls our business every couple weeks, when they do it's usually more then 1 call a day from different people who don't realize someone has already called from there company. We tell them there not interested, a couple weeks or a month later repeat.EDIT: New Record Today, 3 calls all within an hour and a half.

My accounting firm has used this company for many years and are thrilled with our continued top notch service. They support our team remotely dealing with issues as they crop up as well as in person with our dedicated team member who comes in and deals with both hardware and software issues (not all IT companies will help on the hardware side). Would us them again and again and recommend them over many of the downtown providers who don't provide on site assistance.

As a person who lives near this place, I would never recommend your services for the lack of community and respect your staff have for where their office is. I have multiple times almost been hit by your staff driving well over the speed limit in a playground zone 60+ KM/hr at least. I regularly clean up garbage left all over your grounds to reduce floating about waste. It’s so nice of you to make an office in a residential location to literally litter everywhere and speed excessively so it’s terrifying to cross the roads in this area. Multiple times ive said “thanks for almost hitting me by pulling into your parking lot so abruptly” and no one has cared. Great business Image your staff is making for you.

It been close to an hour that I am calling them because a client is agitated due to internet glitch and no one is answering.

Our organization migrated to use Happier IT and they have been exceptional. I love their Ticket system and that guarantees that someone will come to attend to your query !

Getting hold of them for IT support by phone takes a long time. Expect to wait a min of 15 min to get hold of someone, and typically 30 min, just to start.Half of the staff is good, the other half will struggle until they send it to someone else to fix.Non urgent IT tickets can take weeks to resolve.Takes multiple calls, emails ect to have a computer setup to requirements. Especially if the new computer has slightly different permission levels.Installing a simple network printer, no scanner, can take a couple of days or longer.

Fantastic IT support for all of our company's needs from strategic planning, procurement, server management, asset management to name a few. There's always someone to assist, whether that be our Account Manager or the Helpdesk. Response time is usually very quick and reasonable. They stay on top of technology trends and changes and provide succinct information, allowing us to make the best decisions for our offices. It really feels like we have a comprehensive IT team on our side!
