Top notch heathly food for less than your average burger and fries. Always on point and quick to serve for those like me who work a lot, single dad or don't want to cook for one person etc.Give it a try!

The last couple times of going to get a shake have been very disappointing. Today the shakes were like water and the one tasted chalky. I did mention this to the employee who said that's how they make them. Very disappointing, would not recommend getting a shake.

Chatham location is awesome! The staff was very helpful and informative about the nutrition values of their meals and the pricing was affordable. I highly recommend their keto meals, Chimichurri steak and Tuscan Lemon Chicken. Delicious!

Me and my husband loved the meals we tried and the shakes are awesome too! The only thing I would change would be to have the store open later. I go to the gym after work and it would be awesome to enjoy a good shake after I was finished my workouts.

Do not believe any of these reviews, absolutely false advertising on the keto" meals. The meals are full of sugar and terrible
