Everytime I go here, I've had a great experience. But my visit today is the most awkward I've ever had. It was with a male tech and he was quiet all through, turned on TV at the end of the ultrasound. It was him and his students and he never said a word to me or the student the whole time. He was also a little heavy handed with the amount of pressure he was applying with the ultrasound wand. .I have 3 more ultrasounds the rest of my pregnancy and if I get him next time, I'm going to refuse and then book somewhere else.

My client had an appointment at Windermere MIC yesterday for 3:00pm. We arrived 15 minutes early as advised. The receptionist was very kind and respectful to the gentleman and the waiting room bright and airy.At precisely 3:00pm the Ultrasound Technician came to the dressing room for my client. We were in and out in no time. It was a pleasant experience.

Technician was wonderful. Only complaint is I have been waiting for my ultrasound photos and have yet to receive them. I wanted to make my announcement and have the photos of my growing baby. I have made numerous attempts at requesting them and they keep saying they will send them.This same thing happened in my last pregnancy and it took a week to finally get the photos. I went to Terra Losa for my dating ultrasound and they sent me the photos before I left the clinic so I wonder why this clinic doesn’t send them.If you are pregnant and wanting photos of your baby I suggest staying away from this clinic and go to a different one.

Excellent customer care from the receptionists to the clinicians. I was treated with excellent customer care. Very clean and beautiful place. The doctor was aware of my background history and performed procedure so well. I was given thorough information from beginning to the end of procedure. I felt l was in safe hands. Thank you so much.

I actually couldn't believe how friendly the staff is, that is not normal for a medical place, for me anyway.Very clean building and they are bee friendly!!I would highly recommend this location!!

We had the best experience with Rachel.It's our first baby and she made our ultrasound session an incredible experience. She explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.She was amazing! Definitely recommend her and this clinic!

First time here and I had a great experience from start to finish.Booking was very easy through their website.Receptionist was very friendly. I appreciated that she greeted me even while she was busy. Most places, the workers won't greet you until they're free. I didn't catch her name, but she was a young, tall and thin Caucasian.The lady, Glenda? doing my ultrasound was lovely as well. She explained what was on the screen, unlike other places. And the best part, there was a tv I could watch my baby.Thank you for the great service and keep it up!
