Brought my tablet into this outlet which wasn't charging in and the manager fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes and wouldn't accept any form of payment from me.Incredible service and kindness from him that is so rare these days. He's also proven that his store is one where you can trust the staff to take care of customers and be more than fair with them.

Made a next day appointment and it was a smooth process. Nayeem was excellent! Knowledgeable and kind. I thought I had smashed my phone screen and he told me it was just the screen protector! I was all fixed up in under 10 minutes. Will definitely use them again.

The crew here at this location, are very knowledgeable and excellent at trouble shooting. We are not very digital literate folks, and the technicians here were patient, kind and friendly. I've been here a couple of times and their manager Hadi and everyone on the team were all always very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Even when they are busy, they consistently maintain amazing customer service, patiently answering questions and always with a smile on their face. Dropped in to Dufferin Mall Mobile Klinik to get a new SIM update. Must admit, the task is a bit daunting with Public Mobile's anemic and malfunctioning website. No problem, the boys at Dufferin Mall had the SIM upgrade, navigated the Public website, helped me get on my way in 10 minutes. Great job guys!!! And thanks a heap!!!

I had some issues with my phone screen and the staff at Mobile Klinik were very helpful. They looked at all possible options and pricing discounts available for me. I did get my phone fixed, but unfortunately the same problem occurred two weeks later. The team again fixed my screen at no additional cost and were so kind and helpful! They explained the issue, why it happened again and took extra care to ensure the issue was resolved.

The guys were great! They now helped me twice! The first time I went to them, I was so scared I may have ruined my phone and would need to get a new one. I've gone through several phones, I didn't want to get a new one. They saved my phone. My phone wasn't turning in on or charging. The device was trying to upgrade when another issue arose. I really didn't want to get a new phone.The second was easier than the first. Water got into the charging port. They fixed it in minutes.

Honestly these guys saved me a board repair. I thought my USB port was just worn down but Rayeem" spent 20 minutes of his time with a bit of alcohol and tweezers to clean it out. Works almost as good and saved me some cash. I didn't expect this sort of service from a chain.Unsure how deep their tech services get into. I do feel the company should advertise and leverage their technical experience instead of turning their storefront into a showroom.Unexpected encounter and service provided was honest and was in favour for the customer. Though I feel the team should be more confidence in their tech skills than trying to pair a sales associate with a technician. It doesn't offer much confidence to be sent to another person and having to wait without much explanation."
