Good afternoonI recently use this company to help me move it was the WORSE service I ever had and I have moved a couple of times. Gt them off Uhaul Helper ( 2 time using this service )The two helpers that they sent complained the whole time that things were to heavy but the funny this is that the dressers / night tables they moved where empty. They also complained out moving the couches (heavy ) which my Sons and I have move on several occasion up and down stairs . They scratched furniture and it took them 6 hours to move about 20 boxes /1 single seater / 1 three seater / 3 mattresses with box springs / 2 queen bed frames / 2 dressers / 2 night tables / 2 tall boys / 3 ottomans. these helpers that was sent to assist me should rethink this career. this should have takin about 3 -4 hours max .Also note I had to call my son to assist then over the phone on how to move items as they could not figure how to move them . My Son Moves people also but he wanted a break from the furniture lifting as he has a bad shoulder but he came home and move all the rest of the stuff as we just wanted them gone.I will never use this company again and I would NEVER refer them to anyone.
