Penske Truck Rental

Great experience. Personal is very nice and helpfull. 18 foot truck we rented worked well. Penske rental maintains their own trucks. Full collision insurance was included for very reasonable price. No surprises on the final bill.

I have been renting from Penske on North Queen location in Etobicoke for the last 6 month.. I have been dealing with Mansi Chauhan. I am a company owner sharing my terrible experience with Penske. This following occurrence has happened more than once despite me being a long term customer with Penske on NR. I called and reserved a Truck with Matthew Morgado and I was told that my reservations is confirmed and good to go. On the morning of my employees show up to Penske to take the truck and to everyones surprise there's no truck. No truck and Matthew was very confident of himself to tell me that he can't do anything about it, that its unfortunate that they have no truck for me and that's basically it. With three employees hanging around I the Lot, a client waiting for my employees arrival I was put in a very bad and negative situation for my business, and after numerous phone calls I finally got a truck from Ryder. And to my surprise, Matthew decided to submit a report against me for being frustrated with the fact that on the morning of my reservation they had no truck for me and put my company on the no rent list". So if you have any personal issues with any of their customer service representatives and they just feel like putting you on the no rent list they can easily do so

They have increase our lease rate 2 x in 2 years. Total $50/mth more. They are hiding behind fine print in their contract. I was told when signing the only variable cost was the mileage rate.Additional $3000 in cost. Very poor business practices.Also had truck in to fox electrical issue. 3 hours down for lights and had to bring it back for the same issue.

Recently booked a 26 foot truck from Penske. The experience started out alright as they were able to book us the truck on short notice after U-Haul cancelled our booking the same morning we needed the rental. The truck was ready when we arrived but when we did our own personal circle check after the staff left us, we learned that truck had ZERO working brake lights and barely any back turn signals. When we went back to notify the staff, no one was to be found and it was 5-10 minutes before someone assisted us. They then obliged in getting a different truck which only came after another long wait. This truck was in workable condition but had poor brakes and a leaking windshield once rain started. We only required a short term rental and returned the vehicle within 6 hours of picking it up, only to be charged $225 EXTRA, after they processed the return as a 2 day rental, when it was returned after much less than one day. We were very disappointed in our experience with Penske.

Love this business. I start work very early and they accommodate me to the fullest. There trucks are in good condition and have a very smooth ride. The Eastern Toronto location is my favorite. North Queen is just as great ! Staff are kind and friendly and the service is quick

Fantastic client facing staff and customer service. Reasonable prices for clean and safe trucks. Much better than their competitors. Will always use Penske from now on. Since the the trucks are diesel the gasolinr fill up is much cheaper than some of their competitors.

I have only used uhaul in the past but last friday, uhaul canceled on me at the very last minute and I had to look for an alternative. Called Penske's north queen branch and they made sure I get a truck. Mohammed was amazing to work with, everything was done in 5-10 minutes and I was on the road in no time.

Had a great experience renting out a truck at Penske. When I needed a truck within short notice, Penske was the only one that was able to provide one, and even when it was several dimensions larger than what I needed they offered me the price for a smaller truck. The customer service was incredibly courteous and responsive and overall I had a great experience.

Villas Milani & Adina Comanean where informed of a franchise owner chasing people in a penske truck and abusing a 4month old puppy. As well as customers being fraudulently being charged for fuel and damages to truck.So far no action has been taken.
