For a relatively newly renovated pool, the size of the change rooms are ridiculously tiny. It might not seem like a big deal, but when swimming lessons finish and there’s only 3 change cubicles for dozens of families, it’s poor design. The universal/family change room is especially tiny considering it serves the most people. The viewing area is large, but don’t expect to see your kid if you don’t get a seat in the front row.

Clean place but the environment of the place and behaviour of the staff including information desk lady,lifeguards was very mean and rude ..they were yelling at everyone ..my kids got scared of her yelling at everyone..very disappointed..never take your kids here..

Still just meh. I have no idea how the spent 2 years renovating this place but the did absolutely NOTHING to the pool/change rooms/ or viewing area.Like not even a coat of paint.

It is hit or miss! I have visited the pool recently. If I could I would give no stars at all. Sometimes the lifeguard is acting like he/she/they? own the pool, other times it’s not clean or jets aren't working. Hair all over the place. I will stop going. It is unfortunate to have such unkind staff. Wish these reviews are read by management.

Out of 30 lifeguards from 7 city of Hamilton pools we visited, only this one has 2 lifeguards that needs serious training, I noticed unsafe for swimming here comparing to other city of Hamilton pools, SOME lifeguards here do not know how to deal with kids/public, Discriminating certain kids, all lifeguards looked miserable showing no pride, too many people cluttered dangerously in shallow end areas of big pool & entire small pool, 1 kid got head injury, not wearing proper swimwear. 80% of swimmers not showering before entering pool & supervisor said oh we didn't know
