Coming back to the gym and serious exercise hasn’t been easy. My gym closed during the pandemic, and they’re now few and far between. Sherri from Dragonflag Fitness has awesome bootcamp classes on Saturdays and other days, check her website. Her classes are always different, and I learn something new to do during the week at my new gym. Sherri is super supportive, always encouraging us to do one more, go 10 seconds longer, or 5kgs heavier while telling us to be mindful of our limits. She really knows her stuff, she’s fun, therefore the classes are fun. I look forward to every class! Thanks Sherri!

What I love about Sherri is that she genuinely cares about her clients. Accuracy and efficiency of each movement, well thought-out and planned lessons, thorough and detailed explanation on diet - Sherri has it all for you. Two months of training with Sherri completely changed my life!

I have been working with Sherry on my fitness goals for a few months, great results! No gimmicks or fat shaming…just good guidance and encouragement. She is very approachable, always ready to adapt an exercise or routine to my needs as I recuperated from surgery. Sherry has a special spark. I have learnt so much from her…her fitness journey is an inspiration.

Sherri is an amazing trainer! She is very passionate about fitness and is a ball of energy. I have been on my fitness journey for a long time, and I have not met a trainer as dedicated and fun as her. Her boot camps always kick my butt, but I feel a great sense of accomplishment every time I complete it.I love how she has modifiers for all her exercises and is a stickler for form (she wants to make sure no one gets hurt). Overall, my experience with Sherri has been nothing but wonderful!

My experience with Sherri as MY PERSONAL TRAINER was just fantastic..!!! I really meant in all sense ….!!!She is super super ROLE MODEL and great example of live for me to believe that whatever you want in live you can achieve is TRUE!!! you just has to believe and work hard. I will keep her as my trainer and coach for ever.

I joined the Dragonflag Bootcamp a few months ago and really enjoy it. I was intimidated at first having never participated in such a boot camp but Sherri is non only an inspiration but also encouraging and respectful: I see my participation as a long term involvement and can see improvement already: I feel stronger climbing stairs and bending non stop to play with my grand kids! It is also a good complement for my swimming and walking.

Sherri is super attentive to your needs and goals. She makes sure to challenge you and push your limits while still making sure you are keeping good form. Her bootcamp classes are full body training and each week she comes up with creative ways to push you further and teach you new workouts. Ive made huge progress with my fitness since I started taking her bootcamp classes.

Sherri is the best! She has taught me to fall in love lifting again. She pushes you and challenges you but isn’t over bearing. She’s a very firm trainer but also very gentle in doing so. Her own transformation is incredible and highly motivating! I’d highly recommend her!
