the staff are the kindest pharmacy employees. they are always extremely helpful and always very happy to help. I have never experienced this at another pharmacy so I am definitely a dedicated customer. thank you guys for making my visits a pleasant experience!

Terrible customer service. The owner got upset with me because he lost out on $43 because I wanted my script switched to a different pharmacy. He hung the phone up on me and refused to fax my prescription. My doctor had to get involved because he was refusing to forward my script. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Closed early today and I was there to get my daily medicine and there is was no holiday or reason for them to close early or they could have called me as they have before if they needed to leave for somewhere. Now I’m left sick and I wouldn’t suggest using this pharmacy. This isn’t the first time they closed early without warning!

Went to get a couple of bottles of water after being at the nearby park it is the end of June...it's Hot out.. Went in with my PHARMASAVE gift card and would not accept it. Shopkeeper claimed that they are not a participating location? Cool. I am going to open up a McDonalds and sell blankets and Swimming Goggles. Do not be fooled by the signage. this is not a PHARMASAVE!

They're honestly the best. They make it a point to make u feel welcome no matter what ur there for. Absolutely love the staff and theyre so good to my son. Couldn't ask for a better pharmacy.

Very kind people working at this store! I come in to the building frequently as I have my monthly pregnancy apt with my Dr. upstairs and I just so happened to forget a toonie for the parking meter. I went in and asked if they have cash back on their purchases and explained my situation. The owner? gave me $2 and told me to just return it. The following week I was back and returned the $2. SUPER kind of him to do!

They are really good when the boss is not on vacation. Without the boss there, they mess up royally. My husband's script was faxed to the wrong doctor and he had to go without his very much needed pain meds for a day.

Similar to other customers, I have to say that the pharmacists at Nixon Pharmacy are some of the best around. They are clear with instructions, prescriptions are filled in a short amount of time, and they are also just very nice people. I don't think I've ever posted a review of a pharmacy or drugstore before, but having dealt with Nixon many times, I felt compelled to put in a good word for the people that work there

A very disrespectful and arrogant pharmacist today evening. He wasn’t able to dispense the medication, which is understandable. But that does not justify his rude and disrespectful demeanour. Unprofessional.I’ve taken my prescription to another pharmacy.
