First Light Counselling

Horrible councellor. She lied to wcb. I got hit by a van as a pedestrian doing my flagging job. I went to resiliency councelling and then was told I had ptsd and needed more extensive therapy. I went through a 4 hr appt with a psychologist and she said I would be definately be getting a block of councelling sessions. I was sent to cheryl. She went over what she planned to do " over and over. Doing nothing. Just repeating herself. I'd come in with another fear or issue that had arose during the time since the previous appointment. She again said ok we will help you. I left her due to her not doing anything but discussing what she planned on doing. EVERYTIME I WENT THERE. When asked when will we be actually starting sonething? and shouldn't I be taking home like work sheets or something?
