I went into the shop today and asked for three files to be printed, they were able to do it right away and the woman who worked there was super nice, however i was charged a cutting fee of 2.00 to cut my prints to 8x10 size, and when I came home to put them in the frames they are not cut correctly and did not fit. This would be fine if there wasn’t an additional fee for the service, but seeing as there was a fee it’s a little disappointing.
