I've used this facility a few times and never experienced any theft of items. The washers and dryers seem to be clean. I've noticed that when I do laundry here, it takes less time than it would at my apartment complex.I've met a few friendly elderly locals and usually have good conversations.

Great location, 24/7 access! The owner has provided disinfectant and gloves throughout the co-vid pandemic! Very well kept, although the washing machines could use a thorough cleaning, especially the detergent dispenser areas.

Fair prices, clean and you clothes smell like clean clothes and not an old diaper. They also stay open late for those of us that can't get there during the day. The place is well lighted both inside and the parking lot. They also have plenty of security cameras.

The laundromat is conveniently open 24 hours a day. It is fairly clean, however a bit more effort, frequently in cleaning would be appreciated. The machines are well kept and in working order. The change machine is always stocked with quarters. This is a vital business for the people of Calais and the surrounding towns.

It's the only one available within a hundred miles so it's okay. Could use a cleaning now and again. The hours are good and it's a fair price. I wish there were more large washing machines or that those with just a few things wouldn't use them.

We're full-time RV'ers and hit quite a few laundromats in our travels. It's a small facility but has 10 washers and 10 dryers. It was busy and just about everything was being used. There was no offline equipment, and the manager came in wiped down the washers, swept and mopped the floor. I believe it's a very high use laundromat and pretty clean from what I saw. They had 3 size capacity washer, two really big ones, 4 medium, and 4 normal” size. I believe it was 5 for the really big washer down to 3.50 for the smaller ones

I love that the doors never get locked. so in retrospect you can do your laundry any time day or night

I visited today and was extremely pleased. It was clean, had plenty of machines and fair priced. I will definitely be back.
