Can’t say enough positive about our experience with Cedarwood Veterinary. From the late night emergency services to specialized surgery with Dr Graham Keys and his team for our Chinese Crested dog Jaxson with his extensive facial fractures. Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call to the team of specialized veterinarian’s were compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We felt we were in good hands the whole time. Every step of the journey was fully explained and shared. Cedarwood is changing how Veterinary Medicine steps into this new decade. Highly recommend this clinic and its practitioners. You know you are in the best hands.

Above and beyond.Ever single employee here is extremely compassionate and friendly. We unfortunately had to put our four month old puppy down die to some major health issues. It was a very hard time for us. They treated my puppy and myself with the most care, respect and compassion possible. Needless to say this will be the only vet clinic I ever go to!!Thank you so much again ladies. It was a pleasure to meet you all even under such a devastating moment.

I was absolutely amazed with the experience I had last night at this. My dog has an infection in her spay incision, likely due to some undesirable swimming. I didn’t notice it until late in the evening when she got home after being with a friend for a few days, and instantly wanted to bring her in as it looked worrisome.The person I talked to on the phone was incredible and upfront instantly about the basic charges to be expected from what I had told her over the phone. When I arrived, they greeted Molly and I quickly. The doctor working last night was very competent & clear in explaining the issue. They treated my girl with the best care, and there was zero shaming towards me for Molly getting an infection (which I was worried about before calling, as I feel terrible) . The entire experience was quick and I was encouraged to call with any questions/problems regarding the issue with Molly. Words cannot describe how thankful I was to get her in so fast last night, and to not be charged an arm and a leg for it. I have so much respect for what all of these fantastic individuals do, and I would 100% recommend anybody with animal emergencies to bring their furry friends to Cedarwood.

They took very good care of me at my fur babies. Explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Of course everything is pricey when it comes to pet health but they were caring and gave options with genuine compassion

Staff helpful and polite. Vet personally called me to discuss her findings/thoughts and my options.Didn't try to get money out of me. She assured me expensive procedures were not necessary, (x-rays etc, which ive had bad experiences elsewhere in the past..)Great experience overall.

I initially came here because I was new to the area and this clinic has mostly good reviews, but the receptionists have snotty attitudes and were not helpful, I watched them whisper and laugh about other patients while I sat in the waiting area. Vets were okay but I felt like I was constantly being pushed to pay more and come back for further checkups unnecessarily. Switched to Blackfalds Veterinarian and the improvement has been amazing. They don’t push me to put my pup on more pills and come back for unnecessary checkups, and they’re always helpful without charging me more. Money hungry and poor service at Cedarwood I would not return unless I had a horrible emergency and no choice.

Highly recommend. As someone that’s been to their fair share of veterinary clinics and hospitals they did well on all fronts. I travelled from Calgary to see Dr Keys based off his dual board certification and outstanding reviews. Their reception team had all of my pets documents, insurance information, well informed me of the costs and processes. All staff members were friendly, inviting, and efficient. A consultation with Dr Keys is more than getting his opinion, but getting a small informative engaging class/discussion about your pets presenting concern, and happy to answer all questions, let you know what’s realistic and what’s not, and make the load of information easy to understand. Easily the best hundred bucks I spent all weekend. Thank you Dr Keys and all of your team !

We are so grateful for & truly appreciate Dr. Dixon and all the staff at Cedarwood Vet Hospital.Our cat is 20 years old and we've been taking her there since she was 3.When I have to bring her in & in some cases drop her off - although it's hard for me, I know our girl is in such good hands.All the staff is friendly, and everytime I'm there, they show such loving care & attention to our sweet ol girl.Highly recommend this clinic & thank you Dr. Dixon & team for everything you do for my fur baby and for others
