I was very satisfied. they did a treatment on my rug and I cannot even smell the urine anymore, the company was very knowledgeable and they did a great job of cleaning the carpets. The carpet dried within a couple of hours of them being there. It had a lovely smell. if ever you want to clean your carpets contact this company immediately!

The work they did on our puppy-stained carpet was fantastic. The technicians called about 30 minutes before they arrived, and the office promptly returned my calls. They were wonderful - honest, efficient, and did a lovely job. The office confirms appointments the day before. We'll use you once more.

Serviceman is a true professional!! He did great work in a short amount of time. He also has a great, friendly spirit. He will be back at least for yearly carpet refreshing. Their prices are reasonable as well.

There were some stains which I figured would not come up, but at least they were lighter. There were other stains that I did not think would come up, but they did! The carpet looks great and there was no hard crusty coating to it. Tech was prompt and courteous and very professional. I would use them again.
