Was told over the phone i could use all my cupons at the store drive across town to get there and get told no just lost a life time customer for life i will never go back to panago ... 30 mins later spoke to robert at customer service and he fixed things right away for that i change reveiw from 1 star to 4 star for the effort he made

Pizza was expensive for the size and toppings, and wasn't that great. The dough was like eating cardboard.

I get the chicken Taqueria, which is soooo delicious. My hubby and I are both picky, and have oral sensory issues (mental health related), and never have an issue with this pizza place, which is not always true with other places lol. The customer service is great, prices are very reasonable.

I ordered 5 boxes of their chicken bites, thinking the value would be better than the wings (which only come in 4 flavours). Maybe it's my fault ordering chicken from a pizza place but these chicken bites were not crispy at all and the breading was bland in flavour and spongey in texture.

I came by on the 14th of June, 2022 around 8pm. A young man at the front made my pizzas and was kind enough to refill my water bottle. He was very kind and sincere with me and provided an excellent guest experience. Thank you for the amazing pizzas and your exceptional customer service. Will stop anytime I drive through.

These guys are great!! I'm not sure what it is, but by far they make the best pizzas around. I've had many a panago chain pizza, but these guys have nailed it! Plus the customer service is A1...well done guys!
