Booster Juice

Used to come here every morning for the last few weeks. This morning was the first time I missed my breakfast. Unusually busy morning, lady was doing her best to keep up. But it took 20 mins to see the lady in front of me in line and I wasnt gonna wait another 20 mins for the cashier to take my order, was already late for work by 5 mins. Very consistent location, hoping they had backup staff for unusually busy days. The next closest booster juice is 7 km away, about another 30 min trip back n forth.Update: back here June 15Same lady serving, waited 15 mins for my order to be taken. Only 2 people ahead of me, already ordered. Took 15 mins to make both drinks. Then she wiped down, for another 5 mins. Im already late for my break but I already waited so long, I dont want to walk out on her twice. It is now 17 mins since I walked in. I dont mean to single anyone out, but I never have to wait this long with anyone else. Im sorry Shayla, Im just not happy with my service both visits.

My recent visits to Booster Juice, particularly today, have been incredibly disappointing. The owner of this location, Sahara, appears to be the root cause of the issues with the staff. Despite constantly reminding me that she owns the place, she is clearly unfit to manage a team and is the reason for the employees' lack of knowledge and positive attitude.As I arrived, I noticed Sahara talking down to her staff and micromanaging their every move. It was uncomfortable to witness and undoubtedly contributed to the employees' lack of engagement with customers.When I approached the counter, the employee appeared nervous and unsure of themselves, which indicated a lack of training and support from the owner. Sahara's poor management skills and failure to invest in her employees' development are undoubtedly to blame for the staff's lack of knowledge and expertise.It's a shame that Sahara's Booster Juice location has such unknowledgeable staff, as it detracts from what could be an excellent customer experience. I sincerely hope that she takes responsibility for her management shortcomings and implements the necessary changes to improve her employees' knowledge and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and products.

I got the regular very berry with an added wilderness booster (helps with digestion) and this is my go to every time! As great as the drinks are, there are two girls that work there that look like twins or maybe they’re sisters but they are the absolute sweetest! They always get my order perfect each time and quick too! no complaints here ☺️

Great polite service, and job well done.... but I think they have this place short-staffed. The pressure seems to be put on one employee, which was doing a fantastic job. I'd give five stars to the employee that served us. She was great, but due to management not having more employees to keep up with customers. I rate this place four stars.

5 stars! Very friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. I ordered a strawberry sunshine smoothie and added a scoop of protein powder. Shayla made me the best shake ever. It tasted amazing. Bought some protein bars too.

I would always go here for a refreshing drink and usually get a matcha monsoon... today I went to get a matcha monsoon and was utterly disappointed, this drink is usually a colourful green but today it was a swampy colour which made me upset, i dont know if one of the ingredients are expired but booster juice please check in on this issue..... A good place but this experience has been very disappointingUPDATE:Went in today and talked to 2 wonderful guys who helped me with this issue, manager was able to send me a message over the phone and I very much appreciate it! The guys were able to remake my drink and it was especially yummy and colourful green today!! hope to see you guys soon again!! I am once again a happy booster juice gal :)Thank you!!!Jazelle :)

They always make you feel welcome and HAPPY to go in and put a boost in your day!They truly know how to put the BOOST in BOOSTER JUICE!!Go check them out you won’t be sorry!!

Great experience and knowledgeable staff will help you make the right choice. But I bet you would like everything on the menu.

Great service and fresh wraps. There were 2 employees when I was there, one who took care of heating my wrap and the other for making my juice. Didn't have to wait long at all due to the team work. Clean store including the washroom.

I love coming here! They make drinks well (it's usually not too sweet but also not fresh), the booster balls are delicious, the employees are nice, and it is always clean. The only time I could (jokingly) say it was messy was when my brother and I found $50 on the ground in there!There's not much to say, it's basically how all places should run.
