Amazing SPA to spend the day. Great drink’s and food is healthy

I went on a stay package for 4 days alone because I needed clarity and calmness. I found that at Spa Eastman. The activities were phenomenal. As a native English speaker, fear not, everyone from staff to instructors are accommodating. They welcome you with a smile and the serenity of the place flows into you as well.I enjoyed the Thermotherapy sessions, the ponds, the hiking trails, the boutique and the ambience of the whole place.I looked forward to every meal and the chef delivered on quality, taste and presentation.Spa Eastman is worth every last penny and if you are even thinking about this, here's the nudge you need. Just do it. The experience is what you need.

These ladies, Megan and Lawrence at frontdesk were super awesome, very courteous and attended to all my concerns. They were quick to make things right one a complaint is made. These 2 deserve a raise.Denise at the restaurant was the same. She was attentive to our needs and we felt at home. 2 thumbs up to these 3 ladies.. They deserve a raise and their customer service and attention is a reason I would visit again.

I like the spa it has good food and a wonderful location for some time away. The place is nice and the workers are very welcoming. Thanks for a good time.

This was my first time at Spa Eastman and it was a wonderful experience. The thermal spas are great (clean, quiet, easy to access, guests respect the quiet policies) and not too busy. The staff are also really nice (my French is rusty but they all encouraged me to speak in French). The lodging (cabin) is modest but clean and comfortable.And the food is amazing. Congrats to the Chefs. It is clean, healthy and delicious.Suggestions...their coffee is not great. It tasted weak and watery to me. Also there is a non-electronics rule but some guests ignored this which was distracting to hear someone tapping away on their laptop when we are all trying to relax. It would be nice if staff gently enforced this policy or provided a set place for those who need to access work emails etc.I would recommend Spa Eastman and look forward to my next trip there.

The rooms are old and dirty. When I asked for my room to be cleaned (dirty glasses, spider webs in the bathroom, etc.), I was ‘’upgraded’’ to another room that was dirty as well. Very disappointing, especially for the price point. I’ve stayed at cleaner motels.

We used to love this spa because it offered a tranquil experience and the price was right. We haven't stayed at the hotel, only experienced the massage service and the baths since we live nearby. However, the rates have priced us out as $215 for a full day experience instead of just access to baths is not what we are looking to pay or experience. We enjoyed it while it lasted, but we will discover other spas that offer baths-only packages.

If you have a bit of extra fun money or you're saving up to spoil yourself, this is a great place to spend 3 nights. It's expensive but it includes all meals and the food is among the best I have ever had. Good quality, well prepared, well presented. The facilities are nice and the surroundings are gorgeous.

Megan and Lawrence at the frontdesk were very helpful, courteous and made our stay worth it. They went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to them.Will definitely be back because of these 2 friendly and always cheerful ladies!!!

Paradise on earth. The people are awesome, the food is delicious, the view is heaven sent. Lots of things to do and learn, Great place to relax, detoxify, exercise in a beautiful setting, eat well, and just enjoy yourself. The spa staff are knowledgeable, skilled and friendly.
