Everyone I have been in contact with was very nice. Robert came to check water spot damage on my floor in a condo, however he explained he didn't provide this repair service. He gave me another contact that might help. He didn't charge me for the visit and was very respectful. Thanks

I had the pleasure of working with Robert and his sister this month. Robert came in and assessed our new house and the state of the floors. He very clearly explained options and showed me different stains and ideas. We decided to have them sanded and repaired with 3 coats of finish put on to protect them from our dog. Robert was a dream to work with, so kind, respectful and transparent about everything. The floors look great and the price was very fair for the work. I would happily work with him again and recommend him to our friends.
