Well I expected a hipster curated event and i got the best one!! The drinks are sooo good i had 2, the orange blossoms, the cherry blossom were worth the money. My friend had the wakayama sunset and the spiked mango lassi . DELICIOUS! Well them we has to eat something, something like wings and duck wraps. Salty sweet spicy savoury . I will go again and have recommended others already.

Fu's repair shop has a cool vibe for sure, the decor is funky and trendy all hidden behind a vending machine door. The food is centered around dim sum dishes that have been modified from their traditional preparation, of which some are hits and some are misses. The Har Gow, Xiao Long Bao and Cheung Fun were all pretty good however the classic Siu Mai to me wasn't that great. The main courses I wish they almost took on more of a Singapore hawker food type of approach.Drinks are pretty good, however seeing some more Asian beers on the menu would be welcome.Service was decent, I totally understand how things come out staggered which is fine, but I wish our drinks would have been checked on a bit more often in between courses.Overall it's a cool and original concept and I would go back.

We went to Fu's for dinner last night because we wanted to try something new. Some of my friends had dined here last summer and recommended it.The dishes seemed like they were meant for sharing, so we ordered 7 items to share between the 3 of us: the chan bao with lamb, peachy shrimp, truffle siu mai, spicy lamb dan dan, har gow, cha siu noodles and truffled wild mushroom cheung fun. We also had the spiked mango lassi and whisky yuzu passion, which were quite good. The best dishes in my opinion were the peachy shrimp and har gow. Other than those, we found the noodles super salty and dishes that were supposed to contain lamb or truffle were severely lacking in these key ingredients. Overall, the dishes were overpriced for the portion sizes. The decor seemed fun and interesting - red lanterns, red lighting - they also played 90s throwbacks. However, red lighting in the bathrooms made it hard to see anything.Unfortunately, Fu's fusion dim sum wasn't for us. We agreed that we would have preferred the food at a traditional dim sum restaurant over Fu's.

WOW. Finally got to try this place since they started taking reservations and it did not disappoint. Honestly almost all the reason for this high rating is the interior design and the vibe of this restaurant - it is incredible. It’s everything you’d want and more in a bar paired with a large selection of food. My friends and I shared 4 dishes and my favourite were easily the pork wontons (to die for!). The cocktail menu was expansive and I loved how many options they had that included Soju. I’d definitely recommend the Cherry Blossom cocktail for your first time. This place is definitely not cheap, but I recommend going all out for your first time to take it all in, and if I came back I’d probably just have a drink or two and some wontons so I’m not breaking the bank. The music was the best I’ve heard in comparison to similar cocktail bars/restaurants (perfect genre and volume, you don’t have to scream to talk to people). My last note was that the staff were AMAZING. Sweet, attentive, and personable. We asked our server to take a photo of us and she literally cleared our whole table and set us up so that the photo would be the best quality possible. We were well taken care of in all aspects of our visit and I’ll be back for SURE.

Wowsers! This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was unreal. The homemade Shanghai noodles and Peking Duck especially stood out. The cocktails were unique and delicious, the atmosphere was inspiring. The perfect temperature, lighting and the music was nostalgic. Lastly, our server Izzy was fantastic. Lighthearted, knowledgeable about the menu, and on top of drink refills, etc. This is my new favourite spot it Edmonton to dine! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing experience. Right from the moment you walk in, felt like no other restaurant I’ve ever been to.The atmosphere is bright, unique and eye catching. My brother and I went on a Saturday and it was packed. We made a reservation ahead of time online. The live DJ was amazing, they played all my favourite songs. The food was spectacular the noodle dishes melted in my mouth it was amazing. Our server always came by and topped our waters. A MUST see for everyone. My favourites were the #16 Cha-Siu Noodles and #22 Fried Man Tao

Very aesthetic atmosphere. Drinks are also very good. Some food is okay but some food isnt. The soup dumplings had no soup. The peach shrimp was rubbery. The peking duck was so dry and the peanut sauce didnt taste right. My biggest irk was using red bai sun chopsticks for the dead, cant call yourself a chinese restaurant and do this

The two of us were able to get in last minute on a Sunday night by going a bit early. I do recommend reservations as it is popular. My friend is vegan and I was surprised at how much was available for us. We split the green onion cakes, dumplings and fried rice. That would have been enough as the portions were very generous. We also split a dessert and we’re happy we did. The atmosphere is very warm and fun with people going to the washroom just for photos! Definitely a go back to place!
