The receptionist staff is inept and rude.Communication skills are extremely lacking.They do not follow through on their end with forms and faxing. My child had a physical in November but then was told in January he was a “new patient”.The front desk lied saying they don’t send forms to the school for ADHD then when I spoke to the office manager she said they do and they were already sent (school never received them after requesting them at least twice) I DO NOT recommend this place if your child needs more in depth care than just to be seen for a cold!
