Bridgetown Family Camping
Absolutely lovely small campground. We stayed there for 6 weeks when we were moving from Ontario. MaryAnn and Darrin were great.Close to everything in very pretty Bridgetown. It is located right beside the ATV trails and the river for kayaking. We liked it so much we booked a seasonal site for 2021. Can handle large rigs. Our 5th wheel is 45 ft long.

Stayed at the campground with some friends this week. The new owners were great and welcoming...and I have to say this one of the nicest and certainly the most relaxing campground we have ever visited. Even though it is located directly in the town, you would never know..as it is very quiet. The river sites are awesome and ""no bugs" we sat out late in the evening without a jacket...or bug spray. A definite plus. A couple of great restaurants are within walking distance

We had the pleasure of spending the week-end camping at Bridgetown family campground. We truly enjoyed our experience . The new owners are very friendly and accommodating .The site were clean and your neighbours friendly. If you have any kind of a water vehicle, the Annapolis River is there for the use and there is a walking trail as well. If you are looking for a clean and quite place, you might want to check this campground out.

Fantastic spot, right on the Annapolis River, next to the Annapolis County Rails to Trails trail and within walking distance of all amenities. We were able to bike the trail and kayak the river right from our campsite. There is lots to do and see in the area and this was a perfect central location for short day trips. Despite its close proximity to town it is extremely quiet. The campsie is clean and well maintained as are the washrooms and showers and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Stayed there the end of June and we wished we had booked a few more nights, will definitely be going back again. Tom

We spent 2 months in this beautiful, well-kept RV park. We have been travelling in our motorhome for 6 years and this park and the owners are second to none. They went above and beyond to help us out when we were stuck. They have great pride in their park and it shows. They were very accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable. the park is situated between Harvest Moon trail and The Annapolis River. The areas is great for walking, biking, kayaking or quadding. The location in the Annapolis valley was perfect for seeing the area. Bridgetown has everything you need, is very historic and a great place to walk around and see fantastic historic Victorian homes. Thank you Darren Maryanne and family

Nice clean little campground in the middle of a quaint little town. Good for RVing.WARNING: EV owners. The host has a negative attitude towards EVs. Although their sites have electricity for RVs, they have an unwritten rule that EVs cannot plug in using 15 Amp, level 1 chargers. You will need to drive to either Digby or New Minas to top up.

This was one of our favorite campgrounds after camping across Canada from Edmonton to Nova Scotia. We stayed here almost a month while relocating to the East coast. Clean, well managed campground. The owners are very friendly, involved and available to support the campers. We were lucky to get one of the river front sites, it was an amazing view with our morning coffee. Campsite has excellent laundry facilities and is a quick walk to a good grocery store and restaurant. There is a decent playground for the kids and while the majority of the seasonals are adults there is a child friendly atmosphere and they seemed happy to see our kids play. They also run a small ice cream and candy shop in the summer evenings for an extra treat. Thank you so so much for all your help!
