Tempasure Heating and Air Conditioning

We had planned to replace our a/c and furnace in spring, but then with covid we were hesitant about having people in our house. Our furnace blower continued to act up over the summer so we finally decided to replace both in September (also covid numbers were at a lower point now).We chose Tempasure based on their high review ratings, and I'm glad we did. Our main criteria were getting a good a/c and furnace, and great service post-installation (lowest cost was not a factor). We were looking for a medium-sized company (small enough to get good customer service, but not too small where they can't handle peaks), and a company that had been around long enough to establish a reputation but not too long that there were just living on the reputation.So we ended contacting Tempasure. I got an immediate text response from Len, and the next day he came by in person for a site visit. The following day he sent quotes with a couple options (although for us it was just a choice between variable speed and multispeed furnaces), we confirmed on-line on Thursday, and had the installation appointment booked for Tuesday! It all happened rather quickly.We also decided to go with a tankless water heater (we were planning on replacing our tank in a couple years, but just decided to do all three things at once). And also upgraded our thermostat to an Ecobee, ordered from Amazon to get next day delivery so the crew could install.In the meantime read up on rebates, and realized that we needed a pre- and post-install visit from the rebate folks. Len has his recommended energy rebate advisor company ('energuy') that he connected us with, and they were able to send someone on Friday to do the pre-install visit. The energuy tech was very good and courteous, but that's a separate review :). It did bode well that Len recommended good 3rd parties, especially as it's his reputation on the line too.So on Tuesday everything went off perfectly choreographed. The delivery guy dropped off the new a/c, furnace and tankless hot water heater around 8:30am. The install crew showed up on schedule at 10am and got right into it. The old stuff was removed, just in time for another guy to come by with his truck to pick up.The crew were very professional and polite, and just focused on getting the job done. They also wore masks the whole time in the house (and good masks too, not cheap ones that fall off your nose). Also, and this may sound silly, or maybe just our poor experience with a large company that rhymes with nevercare, we appreciated that they didn't ask to use our washroom.It was a full day to do the install, the crew have very long days. But they got it all done by 8pm, including clean up. Overall very very impressed by the installation.The a/c and furnace itself are sooo much better than our old entry-level stuff, just as Len said it would be. (which to be honest i thought at first was more sales talk from Len, but it actually is much better). The new furnace looks Tesla-inspired in the design, and our humidifier (which is still our original one) looks rather tired by comparison. We are building a gym in the basement with everything exposed so the look was important to us.So far it's just the install (obviously we haven't had to call for service yet), but I'm glad we chose to go with Tempasure.

Tempasure replaced my old furnace with a high efficiency, variable speed, furnace. In addition, they removed my old Honeywell air cleaner with a better hepa filter system. My central humidifier and a/c didn’t require to be replaced.I am very pleased with the excellent service and products that I received from Len, Allison, Daniel and Hanoor.I highly recommend Tempasure and will be calling them for all my future needs. We had a terrific, seamless experience with Len and his team at Tempasure! They were very knowledgeable about the ductless AC /heating products. They responded to our inquiry quickly and came to our home to assess our needs. The installation was efficient, done in 1 day and without a mess! They even went out of their way to rebook when we ran into a conflict with the appointment. We'll be coming back for maintenance when needed!

Len and his team provide some great recommendations on the best tankless water heater unit to use as well as a great in-person quote. They know what they're doing and did an amazing job installing the water heater. Highly recommend for their prompt and friendly communication, professional service as well as fair market value pricing. Tempasure is our go-to for all our HVAC needs.

10/10 would recommend. Our AC broke on Wednesday night. Thursday afternoon they came and checked it out, and were able to install a new unit by Friday lunchtime. Daniel and Hakim were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again!

Water heater replacement. Hakim did an excellent job, by himself, of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. He was low key and respectful - traits I admire. He also worked quietly and diligently. Remarkably, without a helper, he finished the job in just 2 hours. He cleaned up thoroughly before he left. Thanks Hakim!

Len and Daniel are amazing!!! They did a very thorough diagnostic to fix an AC issue in a complicated furnace. They were honest and a pleasure to work with.

I recently had an air conditioner unit installed by Tempasure after my previous unit was beyond repair. I called and was promptly given multiple options for my house size. After selecting the unit I wanted It was supposed to be shipped for the Friday installation. There was a problem with the shipping and thankfully Len (the owner) was able to pick and drop off the unit personally.Later my installers arrived and very politely and professionally completed the installation on a scorching hot Friday. They completed the install and removed my old unit and answered any questions regarding the install or usage questions. I’ve been very cool and comfortable ever since.Thanks to the whole Tempasure team for the prompt and professional service from administration to installation. All updates during the process and follow ups after completion were appreciated.

Thankful for the team at Tempasure. They've been maintaining my heating system for several years now. When I recently decided to install central AC, I requested quotes from a few companies. Tempasure offered best value for investment: long and short term. Len (the owner) was available for all questions as I decided on my unit. Installation went smoothly and according to my requests.
