Before Covid ....Bought the kids school lunch , in the morning before school. At 8:30 AM.It was quick and easy and the kids would actually eat their lunch. Enjoy picking their own toppings and juice.Unfortunately they now open later at 9 AM. ( So I'm asking please open earlier. ) Great service thanks.Love from the Pickiest eaters in Kitchener

We came in with an order for 6 people & the young girl working was amazing getting our order ready.I was disappointed with the chicken & bacon ranch melt as I found the chicken was tasteless, but I will definitely try a different one next visit.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Subway location was unacceptable. I order a toasted Great Canadian Club and received a Turkey sub that hadn’t been toasted. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff member that made my sandwich, she simply looked at me with a blank stare until I begrudgingly accepted the sandwich. There was no acknowledgment of the error, and no solution presented. Considering how incorrect the order I received was, I was incredibly frustrated when I had to pay $12 for a soggy sandwich I had no desire for. I understand that mistakes happen, and that’s completely fine, but not offering a valid solution to a customer who has not yet paid for their food is simply unacceptable. I considered declining the sandwich and leaving the restaurant but I did not want the business owner to lose money because of one employee’s lack of effort. I’ve written over 200 reviews but this one has left me feeling the most disappointed. For obvious reasons, I would recommend avoiding this Subway location.

Mandeep is such an Amazing person with great customer service skills. It was my first time visiting the store. I am amazed with the excellent service I received from her. God bless you. Keep it up. This store will now be my go to store all the time just coz of Mandeep.

Don’t get the new chicken bacon ranch rice bowl. I ordered it and the chicken looked grey. Thinking subway wouldnt be dumb enough to sell uncooked or expired chicken i decided to try it anyways rather than throwing away an 11$ bowl, after just 15 minutes of the food sitting in my stomach, my body immediately rejected the food and i got very sick from it… kinda disappointing especially from such a big chain like subway.

Consistent and clean, service is always nice. My only complaint is that it takes longer than it should when I try to grab something on my lunch break because there's only one person up front. But this is understandable given covid's impact on businesses and even with the wait and volume I've seen they're always on the ball.
