Great place to get a tasty pizza in Alymer, Quebéc. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. Pizzas are normally ready in 12-15min after the order is placed and the quality is pretty good.I'd definitely recommend this place if in need of having a solid, delicious pizza. They also offer other items on their menu but never really bought anything else than pizza.Prices are lower than peers average. Overall I'm really satisfied with their service.

A couple of months ago, we ordered pizza online. It never showed up so we called the store. They confirmed that the driver dropped it off at the wrong house and when we asked for a refund, they alternatively offered a credit which would be saved under our address which we accepted. Fast forward to today, we call to place an order and mention the credit that we had for the driver's mistake and the person on the phone tells me he can't honour the credit and says do you think I can look back 3 months?". Seems unprofessional to me to offer credits instead of refunds when a) you don't communicate that they should be used within a certain timeframe and b) you don't have any way of maintaining records of incidents like these.If an owner or manager is willing to come to their senses and do what's reasonable

Ordered pizza on a Sunday night at 10:13 PM. Told the pizza would take half an hour to get to the address. The pizza did not arrive until 11:35. Called to let the pizza place know. The man who answered the phone yelled at me and told me it wasn’t his problem and hung up on me., twice. We used to order from here all of the time and have enjoyed the pizza, but will not be ordering again due to customer service. Be Warned.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. Tomato sauce is 4-alarm chili level. Whatever might have been good about this pizza was overshadowed by the extremely overly spicy tomato sauce. Crust was below average and I couldn't taste much else other than fire. Never going there again!
